As per criteria upon joining you are qualified and there was no indication that a member from other country are not allow to join, but it is better if you will wait for the signal of OP as respect to him upon joining.

I guess OP will let him join anyway, since there were only few entries submitted in this thread. And also, youre right, there were no rules that prohibits participants from outside the Philippines, so I guess @Harkorede you should make a lists of your picks already, as the submission of entry is fast approaching.

I just realize with the way it's going so far that I won't be able to have more participants if there is a merit requirements.
There are a lot of members here who have merits, but some of them has no interest with the NBA playoffs.

So,,,, we cannot force them.

Don't worry, I will update in the OP the summary of the participants prediction with their names on it.

I actually thought about spreadsheet but then since we are allowed to edit picks, it might make the spreadsheet messy.
Also, we cannot avoid those who just fill up the form even though they are not included in the competition.
