hey krogoth, I confirm that I managed to sweep the coins from that card. I managed to do it only after downloading and installing Ballet app, after registering the card on the app. It was strange though... as the private key could not be imported directly in another wallet... It only worked from Ballet app, where I inserted the data from the card (public key, private key and pass phrase) then I clicked the button for exporting the funds to another wallet. So the good news is that it worked!

I wrote these here, in case someone would need this info as well.

I like the card for being a very nice collectible, this is what matters for me. But I tried to import its private key in Exodus and it said that the private key is invalid or something like that... And, by chance, just before trying to import the private key of this card in Exodus, I did the same with 3 other cards which were loaded with small amounts of BTC.

I manage to import all the private keys of those cards and I transferred those funds in Exodus, but when I reached the Cypher Hodl card (it was the fourth one I had), it gave me this error... this is why I asked. Maybe it was a problem with that particular card...? Or maybe I did something wrong on my side... In any case, it's really no biggie for me, as I said

Ok you sent me the private key and when I tried to sweep it says there is 0.0005 BTC on it which is about $3.

So please try and sweep again...its there! Do it before someone else takes it as you posted it on the internet!! Roll Eyes

Just because it says error with private key does not mean there is no BTC. Please send me a pic of the public key...Cheers!
