There will be 100 spots: Players pick a number between 0-99
We take the last two numbers in the hash to pick the winner (ignoring letters)
For 0 to win the last TWO NUMBERS have to be 0.

For example: Block #547243 = 0000000000000000000f65ddb8f6632688ea0c2215b6de1df567973057398f9e so 89 would be the winner.
