1. The highest funded item isn't actually the cas 1k - Someone funded a 25 BTC Cas with 2k BTC, and a 1 BTC Cas with 1.9k BTC (by spending the previous 25 BTC cas!)
2. BTCC wasn't the first to make items containing a coinbase output (or part thereof) - there have been 26 instances of at least part of a coinbase transaction being sent to a collectible prior to BTCC's first item being funded:

Inspired by the painting « La liberté guidant le peuple » by Delacroix (1830), it was a tribute to France’s Yellow Vest movement. The hidden 12 words (« Banker usury lie people fight hope union citizen lead triumph yellow horizon ») were found one week later by a couple that claimed the bounty.
