Yea absolutely, picking a future block and the last two numbers of the hash is a tried,
tested and transparent way of picking a winner, thats how its done. No need for pieces of
paper in a bag or anything like that! . . . so everyone bar none will look for a block number.
There is the other issue which I have highlighted before of the #62 with my misspelled
name as my "second choice" which if drawn as the winner I cannot accept.
