Basically he is trying to get people to visit his site, on which you can read sports betting picks from different users.
AFAIK there is nothing he can scam the visitors. At worse case scenario, the picks could be terrible and the gamblers can lose some money to the sportsbook only.
Yes and that is why I just don't understand how he makes money. Maybe he just wants his site to get popular first.
