And good luck finding the best way to keep everybody happy about the fairness of the contest (maybe I am a bit negativistic, but I do see some possible challenges in that).

What if everyone starts saying they have participated in the survey, but they did not? You shouldn't count me in just because I am saying I have participated in this survey. Since it's already started, I am unsure if this can be changed. I hope people won't lie and take advantage of it. I hope if someone says they are IN, they will also participate in the survey.

This is an interesting point.
If OP shows all the names at the end, I'm not sure what's the point for the google form then.
If OP doesn't show all the names before picking the block, then people will start complaining about the "unclear" fairness

As we've just discussed this with Becassine, I'll take the liberty of replying. The survey part is based on trust, so no username or email is required.

The winner will be drawn at random using the bitmover tool to ensure impartiality, as mentioned in the first message. Becassine will probably keep a list of participating usernames and submit it after the deadline on the bitmover site.

The purpose of this contest is none other than to complete a survey so that Shiftcrypto can further improve its products. You'll be drawn at the end thanks to the wonderful bitmover tool (https://bitcoindata.science/giveaway-manager/).
