He has not applied the method but he is satisfied that the method looks legit and it will def work. I have been doing this for last two months.

It will take you around 3 days to get your domain.
You just need to work for 15 minutes to get one domain for sure

That is very likely not going to be the case. I have come across some domain giveaways and none of them will ever give you a lifetime domain. You will very likely be required to consistently do some kind of work or repeat the process(which could expire) to keep the domain.
