It is a RDP.You can surf anonymously through the internet without using vpn as it works like vpn and also at the sametime get a speed of 300-800 mbps download speed and 700-900 mbps upload speed which is enough to watch movie.

Aight I received the method, seems it was the thing that the other guy was talking about in playerxxx's sale thread. Its pretty cool, its everything the OP says.
