I'll agree that guy seriously got lucky with just 593 tickets winning 0.69 btc is the perfect way to end the year and enjoy the new year. Yeah its always pretty encouraging when you see somebody with a relative handful of tickets win the main prize. Then there are people who purchase millions that don't place, or win $5, but that's the way the dice rolls I suppose.

You believe things that are not true. What a shock. The only way a jackpot bet can be placed is by the user selecting the appropriate box. If someone shows some evidence that there is a problem then we will fix it but someone just saying "I didn't place that bet" when they lose is not something meaningful. It probably was just that you accidentally clicked that box and were unaware you did it but there is absolutely no way that it can be done other than at the client end.

I'm not aware of any users having a problem with their 2fa devices being out of synch. That is easily fixed by correcting the date and time on the device and resynching if necessary. We also prompt users to set a recovery telephone number to receive an SMS text login authentication code. Failing all that we will recover an account if someone can prove ownership with a Bitcoin signed message from the account profile address or an address they deposited from.

It is pretty unreasonable to think that we would be "draining the large balanced accounts" without any evidence. It also would be a stupid thing to do as they are our best potential customers.
