However, I still strongly believe that freebitco.in needs extra hands on their support side of things because however you choose to look at it, it still makes no sense I was made to wait for 8 months to get something as simple as that resolved. This kind of situation definitely causes panic and doubt to the user and community at large.

8 months huh, I would be pretty anxious waiting on all those months especially when bitcoin price has been pumping alot from the past 8 months.

That bolded part is pretty much what freebitco.in needs. It doesnt make any sense for a website with that huge user base to not be able to solve this issue in 30 minutes or something. The obviously make alot on daily basis so there is no reason for them not to hire extra pairs of hand. On top of that, Im not sure if TheQuin still works with freebitco.in or not but @wetsuit if you are reading this then please hire someone to be your representative on this forum to solve any site related issues posted on this forum

Hello everyone, I have just been credited the money into my freebitco.in account. I really want to say thank you to everyone who helped amplify this case in one way or the other, I truly appreciate. Although freebitcoin still needs to do better in terms of customer support.

I am glad to finally have this resolved. Thank you all for your help 🙏

It's great to see that your deposit issue has finally been resolved. According to your posts, the issue with deposit crediting to your account was the reason why you initially decided to register on the forum, and it looks like it took you almost 4 months to get this issue resolved. If so, you are right to point out that freebitcoin has serious customer support problems.

I'm glad this issue has been resolved, but waiting 4 months to fix a simple issue is really too much time. Unfortunately, support is weak (or non-existent) in many crypto casinos. Sometimes (or better to say in many cases) it takes a lot of persistence and support from other people to solve some problems.

This case just confirms that crypto gambling is like the wild west, sometimes it's hard to get justice, I hope the forum (like many times before) really helped.

My 2FA is not working anymore and I am unable to reset it.
Help!

- Follow the instructions published here in Login/Reset:
https://freebitco.in/signup/?op=s
image:
https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ibb.co%2F7r0gBtW%2FImage.png&t=660&c=7S32YB8AhReHXA

- If you are unable to follow the instructions, this site isn't for you.

- If you are able, write down what you already did and I will add something else.

I have stated many times that if you are unable to use the automated 2fa reset provided you need to message me a Bitcoin signed message either from the Bitcoin address you set as default on the profile page or an address you have previously deposited from. As we're an anonymous to use site we don't know who owns the account so messaging me offering to prove your identity isn't of any use.

Since I sent it using CashApp mobile app, how do I sign and send an email?
The signing and sending is new to me.

Fuck! What an impression I got when I saw that in the emails it said that you had deposited 2323614 BTC and 726535 BTC. It obviously had to be a mistake. I have started to look at your post history and I see that in reality it is 0.02323614 BTC so it is seen that when sending the email the system by some error removes the zeros in front.

First time seeing such as well. The values have always been displayed properly from what I remember.
I think I've also seen such numbers in an email message sent to me, once or twice in all the years I've been playing on freebitco, so this error is not new at all.

I remember one time I asked a friend to send me around 0.023 bitcoins, this was a long time ago, and I think a bitcoin was around $6k to $7k at the time, I provided the friend my freebitco bitcoin wallet address, he sent it later than I expected, I was busy with something else when I got an email from freebitco, I opened the email and was told I just deposited around 23+++ bitcoins, my mind went wild and I could feel a chill run through my vains, I hurriedly opened my freebitco account to confirm and behold, it was just 0.023 bitcoin available in my balance..

I sighed a sigh of relief and completely ignore the mail, but to my honest, I almost had a heart attack, even though I know that if it was true that such an amount of bitcoin was deposited to my account, I would have returned it if actually the error was with my friend, but I wouldn't have returned all any way  Smiley

Actually I had another pending deposit issue that I was going to bring to light after this one had been addressed, they resolved both without me needing to bring to their notice. Thank you everyone.
I think we all know that this site has been operating for a long time so they will not disappoint their users just because of the problem of your deposit being delayed let alone damage their reputation on this forum, personally I have never had a serious problem on this site obviously if I were you maybe It will also be frustrating to wait a long time to get a quick reply or response from this site regarding the problem you are experiencing, but believe me they will process it, you just need patience to solve the problem, after all, Thequin was also present on this thread yesterday and hopefully he can also help with your other complaints. .

I think you know that there are tens of millions of freebitcoin users so there may be many tickets or other user problems that need to be resolved and you may have your case being reviewed in the queue, so we don't know for sure what the cause is but I'm sure they will solve your problem, Thank God your problem has been resolved and your deposit has been credited by the freebitcoin team, I hope you also continue to provide any updates about your case so that everyone can see the progress, it's good that you have provided updates here so that no users panic about this site.

Absolutely. If you followed my case closely you will notice that I kept pointing out I had used the platform seamlessly before this incident. I'm just glad to have it resolved and yes of course it is only right I provide everyone here with updates as all my complaints were also publicly made.

I stand with Ukraine.
How many Golden Tickets you've got?

- Now, I have more GTs than to previous two draws, because I have noticed more promos.
~

But how many of them Golden Tickets you have? Can you share with us. Not the tickets Smiley just the info. Or is your amount close to a million and you don't want to disclose it because you have really good chance of winning that Lambo? I would totally understand you in that case.

and of course I hope to win. How about you, guys? How many Golden Tickets you've got?
~

~

OMG, @slaman29, congratulations! That's a really solid number of Golden Tickets. Don't pay attention to that 0.25% win chance like it's a small chance. I won with 0.01% in chance recently.

The first decentralized crypto betting platform
Freebitcoin should write satoshi instead of Bitcoin (BTC) in the reply email because the value is so shocking that it is impossible for any gambler to deposit such a large amount just to gamble and play dice, and if anyone owns that much, we can be sure it is a company, not an individual.

Yes there are no adresses that have that much of bitcoin. The largest one belongs to Binance and has 248,597 BTC. There aren't any that have 7 figures, lol. At first glance it would seem that jper3009 is the most bitcoin loaded guy in the world and on top of that he deposits it on freebitco.in to bet it.

Had a great day because I won 2 out of 3 bets I placed on BTC and ETH price betting.
1st bet was on BTC price range of $70k - $80k with the odds of 3.19x --> won Grin
2nd bet was on ETH price range of $3500 - $3750 with the odds of 3.81x --> won Grin
3rd bet was on ETH price range of $3751 - $4000 with the odds of 3.74x --> lost

Those were some decent returns.
Two correct results with odds of 3.xx is certainly a pleasant victory especially if you bet a large enough amount above 10k satoshi because if only hundreds of satoshi or only a thousand satoshi the profit will be not big, but whatever it is, it's still fun because the price of Bitcoin moves quite fast so often have to choose several price ranges in order to get a win, I don't know for the price of Ethereum because it doesn't really follow it.

Expecting thequin to be "back" is not going to change anything. Do you guys really think that when he doesn't write here, the website is not taken care of? Or that the person who is in charge (as you can see from the name) of freebitco.in relations with bitcointalk that keeps writing here is just a decoy? When you here, or to that address, that thequin doesn't get information about you?

If your problem is not solved, and you do not get an answer, maybe it is because there is no reason to answer to you? You can claim whatever you want, in the end you are not going to get what you want just because you are persistent, just because you keep spamming doesn't mean that you are right. Thequin would respond if he wants to, if not then he doesn't have to.

It appears you didnt read anything about the scam accusation.  jper3009 has a VERY VALID case that has gone unresolved for almost a year now and it's completely inexcusable imo.  I would continue to bump the scam thread and push for a DT flag based on just the history of it as it sits right now.  Even if it get resolved,  imo it still merits a DT flag that expires in 3yrs.  There should be forum consequences for such piss poor customer service.

A DT flag should never be given for poor costumer service but should only used in situations where the company is clearly scamming the user or where fraud is committed. I would still give TheQuin some time to solve the jper case also; they build a very solid reputation and are still paying oht withojt problems.

Reposting a giant image just below where its posted, inline instead of quoting a link to the image is a literal joke;  I hope this was your April fools day special not everyday spam.    Theres no need to quote absolutely everything, brevity is the soul of wit and we can just page up and see the original post lol
Trimming, specific reference to a point shows more care taken imo but anyhow just my moan Cheesy

The price is determined to prove me wrong and also right because I bet its negative for April but minutes before midnight just above 70k is just enough for me to be wrong.   My theory is people sell some BTC for April 5th end tax year, not alot and not lasting importance but like a Mexican wave if enough people do something it will always count as a noticeable effect.

Should I bet negatively for April I dont know it wont consolidate for 29 days and then recover, net sum zero round trip.  A sightseeing tour on the cliff tops to scare a few people sounds right.  Iam thinking negatively for the moment until proven wrong.  My overall take is to just refer to wider time frames, so the 50 day average as the short term has just spun us around in circles to make us dizzy which fits BTC perfectly.

If your problem is not solved, and you do not get an answer, maybe it is because there is no reason to answer to you?
Maybe... But the 'maybe' also implies there is a probability he deserved to be replied. So, the 'perhaps' factor arouses a lot of doubts among members of this community, because in the end, all we have is a 'may be', speculations of what is going on, but no assurances. That is why support of every services should be assertive, attentive, technical on their replies and why not, humble and polite as well, when replying to their customers?

You can claim whatever you want, in the end you are not going to get what you want just because you are persistent, just because you keep spamming doesn't mean that you are right. Thequin would respond if he wants to, if not then he doesn't have to.
Maybe... Wink

Lies's Day has ever been celebrated in Bitcointalk? :-)

If you mean April Fool's Day on the 1st of April. Then yes, this day is celebrated on the forum every year. For example, today Theymos came up with a joke with merits. You can read about it in his thread:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5491135

By the way, I forgot that today is the 1st of April and fell for this prank. I think this is the best joke ever from Theymos.
I wouldnt say its the very best so far, but still a very good one by the way.
I think one thing is, for most of us who are already familiar with such happenings in the 1st day of every April, it's wouldn't look so much like fun for even if we fall for the April fool's prank, it shouldnt take us more than (at most) 5 seconds to realized that it's just an April fool's prank, just like I did fall for this one today and in less than 2 seconds, I occurred to me that today is the 1st of April and that the thing with merits being reduced on every post I made is as a result of an April fool's prank.

I remember the year, either 2020, 2021 or 2022, this was the year I experienced my first April fool's prank on this forum, I tell you, the experience was not funny, for over an hour or so, I havent realized it was a prank, I was going to contact some prominent users who I believe to be close to Theymos to help me look into the issue with my account, but after over an hour searching and reading posts in the forum (I was an Altcoiner and wasn't familiar with the meta or bitcoin board back then, I only posted in Altcoins boards and it's sub-board) I finally discovered it was an April fool's prank, the feeling was out of this world I tell you 🤣.

By the way, feeling like putting up some bets on bitcoin price on freebitco for the month of April, how are you guys expecting the price of bitcoin to perform this month.?
