I don't think so if you earn every hour. Because ever since I never win in this game, every time I play HI - LOW they give us 20+ straight HI and 20+ straight LOW I don't think so if it is happen in real life because since I was gambled I never experienced that. absolute correct! they may have a huge house edge but that doesn't mean they scam members. they are good in paying members on time. i just even have my withdrawal yesterday, and i just confirmed to received it.. even until now if im bored or if i have time i usually claim to there faucet, and they are paying.

What I see here is just a situation where people don't bother to read the terms and conditions of particular platform or programme before going for it without considering whether they can live with it or not but they have accepted and there is nothing to undo it. Its a lesson, you are not forced, take time and read, if you are comfortable, just pass to somewhere else rather than start the issue of scam where none eve exist in the first place.
Yeah, that is the point here. May be he just amateur in gambling site which can't afford to lose that much then saying that it was misclicked there. And actually if you are going to play with small balance, terms must not play much role here.

Its a total of 10,001 (0 - 10000) combinations so the chance of winning the jackpot is 0.009999%.

Some people are also to lazy enough to read or maybe they think its kinda boring to read with too long phrases, that is also the worst cases of the people around here. Those kind of people belong to the so called learn by experience, they are those kind of people that doesn't like to read long sentences and phrases and they will just try it or want to experience it and observe what will be the outcome then judge it.

i think you misinterpret his post, if I understand correctly he only deposited bitcoins just to earn some interest from it and not to play the Hi-Lo games so when he deposited the money shouldn't be disappear in his account but he should be able to earn interest with it, but with what happens that its like eaten by the site because it is automatically turn into the bonus one

Wetsuit and I were discussing what options might be possible, but then Mindragon went on this rant with false accusations...

You read and accepted the terms of the MULTIPLY BTC bonus and after claiming it you chose to play with the bonus instead of not playing and contacting us for a refund. If you would have contacted us for a refund BEFORE playing and losing your bonus account balance, we would have refunded you. However, after playing and losing the bonus, you make a stink about how we are supposedly unfair and want a refund?
The terms of the bonus and the wager requirements are pretty clear. Even after you claim a bonus, you can clearly see your bonus account balance and the wager requirements that you need to complete. If the bonus is so unfair etc. etc., why did you play it? I can understand claiming it by mistake (even though that is quite difficult with having to accept the terms, requires atleast 3 clicks), did you also wager by mistake? I am sure you wouldn't be feeling that the bonus is unfair if you had won.
You played and you lost, it is as simple as that. If you would have won, we would have paid you all your winnings so if you lose you cannot expect us to give you a refund.
After gambling and losing, he claims to have only deposited coins to earn interest and apparently the bonus was activated by mistake and also he wagered 9 BTC by mistake before contacting us. Like I said, I would have been happy to cancel his bonus if he wouldn't have wagered but that is not the case here.

That is not a scam, that thing is just usual in gambling site, you want to claim the bonus without wagered anything? No I did not accept the terms. I closed the window. And the terms provided aren't even that clear to begin with.
Again -- it is clear that you just want to scam people. Great. I want everyone to know that you are scammers. Unless you refund me, that's all I am ever going to say.
And NO it doesn't require 3 clicks. The pop up appeared, I clicked the close button and then the action happened.
Anybody can check the website to know that you are lying about this. Also, even if we assume it happened like you said, did your computer also proceed to wager automatically on your behalf (about 9 BTC if I am not mistaken) before you realized? My point is that if it was a mistake, even if you claimed the bonus accidentally, why did you not let us know then? Why did you proceed to wager with your bonus account? I would have gladly refunded you if your bonus amount was intact but now you want a refund only because you lost, you wouldn't have a problem with the bonus if you had won.
And now you're making up stuff. Great. Typical of scammers.
