I just got this email three minutes ago...

We have just sent a payment of 0.00496080 BTC to your bitcoin address 15C8FetAcZ7fkdgf2FAHamwqX4EUE1zhgP.

It might take upto 6-24 hours for the coins to appear in your wallet.


This makes no sense.  I used my default payment address on the withdraw (3NxEDLbpNSvugEXpuz1kGcUm1GWcfSVdRP).  The first payment to that "15C8FetAcZ7fkdgf2FAHamwqX4EUE1zhgP" address was canceled, and I received the email saying it was canceled, then I submitted to my normal profile address + used 2fa, then I got the email that my txid was sent to this "15C8FetAcZ7fkdgf2FAHamwqX4EUE1zhgP" address.... (No second click verification for the outside address, just the notification it paid out.)



Is FreeBitco.in hacked?
Who is the sender of this email precisely? Is it a TLS email signed by Freebitco.in? Does it really come from Freebitcoin(mail.freebitco.in) or could it be a fake email forged by an external hacker for example? You've said above you are confirming your withdrawals through email links and now you say you're using "2fa" for that. It's a little bit confusing because AFAIK when the 2FA option is enabled you don't receive email links to confirm your withdrawal requests CMIIW.

Since few weeks several people have talked about a malicious script they've got from a plugin or something else. It replaces the actual deposit address provided by a fake one on their screen . They said they managed to easily block the evil script with Adblock but IMO it's better to double check with another device (a smartphone or another computer). Maybe you've been victim of this malicious script.

In logs I saw loading a strange js sript so I blocked it with browser plugin and then I managed to withdraw my funds.

In last few months we are having too many problems which are creating confusion here but sadly no one available for fixing this and give relief to members which are trying to do something good for this site even @TheQuin which is not available regularly giving any update about this all which is wired because if they are fail to solve this all then surely we are going to have problems which can bring big problems even lost of good number of members which are surely not ideal situation. This is one of the longest serving faucet which is now needed good intention from the team for having things back on normal and solve this long run issue which is preventing members to have their deposits normal.

He is just a signature campaign manager of Freebitco. He doesn't have any direct connection with Freebitco team. TheQuin is the only hope here. He was active two days ago, but he hasn't given any update here. The complaints have increased a lot against Freebitco recently. Judging from the complaints of these deposit and withdrawal issues, the problem isn’t related to busy mempool. Perhaps, some serious error has happened on Freebitco.
The mempool from what I've seen has become more stable and fees have significantly dropped in the last couple of days, so, this shouldn't be an excuse as to why a user's deposit should not have been credited after several days now.

Aside from that which you mentioned about the possibility that something must have gone wrong either in the site or within the management board of this freebitco, I would also advice that the victim here run a scan on the transaction though any of the many available blockchain explorers, and be sure that he did not send the coins to a wrong address, this should be easy to know by just matching the receiving address on the block Explorer with the deposit address on the freebitco account, if everything is OK in this area, then indeed, something is definitely wrong in or with freebitco at the moment.

Yes, it seems that representatives from FreeBitcoin are also sometimes active but are rarely in this thread anymore, I think maybe many people will think the same, namely that it seems like they have left us here, but actually cases like this have previously existed and have been solved and even processed, Thequin who solves it as it comes and not long ago he came to solve the problem of someone whose deposit had not been processed for a long time and he also explained the problem, but it is true what is said that the support from this site is very slow.

It’s already concerning given that same issue was posted here few days ago while you guys experienced this today which means the issue is already existing for a long time without being notice by the operator.

I do back read on the previous concern and it’s match on what you experienced guys meaning this a problem on the operator side that needs to be addressed immediately. @TheQuin last online was April 29 which means the operator is still not aware on the issue.

I'm sure there can be some sort of a lawsuit about this. I hate to bring it to that but I lost a lot of hard-earned money I was riveting the whole month looking at my place on the top 10 and then have it ripped away from me. Moments later it was ridiculous and like I said I never got my hardware wallet either. I spent thousands upon thousands to get as many reward points as I had in order to buy the wallet which they never sent me and I want my reward points back and I want paid my $500 from which I won on the wagering contest just yesterday by the way, I've emailed support hundreds and hundreds of times and I'm not exaggerating and I hear nothing. Nothing. I scoured the internet looking for whoever it is that's in charge of this dark operation and it led me here. Still the man hides in his cave unwilling to face the people for fear of being burned at the stake

I have been hacked again on Freebitco.in.

I made a withdrawal to my address saved in my profile, but apparently it has been redirected to another address.

I even received the payment confirmation email, indicating the BTC address, which is not mine.

Apparently the site is hacked, scripts are executed that change the addresses, and manipulate whatever.

The administrators do nothing to solve this, nor do they respond to anything in support.

I lost 3000 USD for this reason, I have all the evidence if necessary to show it.




The site has many irregularities, I already mentioned it.
But it seems that here the "legendaries" users treat you as a liar, and continue to promote it, perhaps they themselves are part of all this.

Today I received an email from freebitco.in notifying me that I had won tenth place in the referral wagering contest. USER ID 12591058. My first ever prize!

Seconds later I received a further email asking me to confirm a payment request.

Strange, because I had not made any payment request.

I changed my password and enabled 2FA.

I then initiated an instant withdraw request for some amount. After I submit the withdrawal request my account balance drop instantly to zero.

Strange, because I did not withdraw the entire balance.

Additionally, I did not see a pending withdrawal notification on the freebitco.in page as I usually would.

Within minutes I received a payment sent confirmation email from freebitco.in saying, "We have just sent a payment of 0.00096832 BTC to your bitcoin address 17L1uyaWdFmKSnCCoG1Sk9xSvhegdg3FZE".

Nothing lasts forever
The drop in price is obvious because almost all the coins were in such a drop after the previous bull run.
While many prominent coins/tokens were able to spike up in price again FUN token hasn't showed any significant gains yet.
May be it's due to the ongoing issues with delayed withdrawals or may be people have just lost interest in FUN.
Those people who pulled out at higher price are indeed luckier to sell at the right time.
The market is unforeseeable these days. Prices are relatively stable, but no one can assure if the next tendency is upside or downside yet. News don't help either, as they point in every directions, or in no directions at all... People keep commenting that Bitcoin may take a long time to skyrocket once again, or may take a short time. It seems there is no way for sure to know what is going to happen, until it finally happens, so once again we are going to be caught by surprise.

Regards FUN, it's not following the intensity of market's fluctuations at all... Losses in price accumulate more than 20% already in one month time period, while Bitcoin accumulates a 7% loss on the same period of time. The announcements and roadmaps developed by the team behind FUN weren't enough to push its demand upside and this community alone isn't enough to do that for FUN token.
Fun token unfortunately doesn't have a large community around it, community here on bitcointalk is just a tiny fraction of the entire crypto currency community out there, so, I believe its not wrong to say that a crypto project that wishes to succeed greatly must not depend only on the community they manage to gather around their project from Bitcoin talk alone, there is a much greater, wider, stronger community of crypto enthusiasts out there compared to the number of persons we have here on bitcointalk.

And again, it's very important for the team of any project to learn when exactly is good to release good news or provide any suppose update to their project that should move the price of their token up, like what the team behind fun token did, right now is a wrong timing if they asked me, bitcoin has been a kind of bearish since the halving took place, Altcoins have been greatly affected with most of them recording loses in double digits, investors are more inclined to sell at this moment than buy, those who don't want to sell prefer to hold what they've already bought, the team behind fun token should have waited for a better general market condition before releasing the news of the updated roadmap and so on, maybe that would have helped moved the price of fun token up a bit.
But all the same, still good anyway.

That's very true. Even I felt happy when FUN token had announced their roadmap but there wasn't any significant impact of it on it's price.
May be the timing was indeed bad. It's hard to believe that this forum people is the only community of FUN token holders.
There must be other people too. We can only hope things go good for FUN token otherwise 1 year will be the maximum for this project and then it might just vanish.

It is no proof that they are fine just because the Lambo feature is still active.  They still didn't announce the previous round winner even almost one month is passed.

what nonsense, Bitcoin network problems, come on, Bitcoin mempool is occasionally getting some small congestions which are avoided by paying higher fees to process your withdrawal.  This is alsy why the Freebitco.in withdraw function is dynamic and reflects the current mempool fees.  It is not a problem of the Bitcoin blockchain, it is a problem of this f***ng site.

That is a good idea.  Since my last deposit issue and scam (read more here:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5492456.msg63964436#msg63964436), I will never deposit to this site any more, and I recommend all of you should be also very cautious.

This fucking site has a malicious script "cashtravel" (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63923149) that has been at least one month on their site and targeting the high rollers, and they have not taken any measures to remove it, you'd better block it with Adblock or some other tool.  
My theory is they added this malicious script on purpose to send to their own wallets and claim that it was due to the users wrongdoing.

NO ANSWER from TheQuin, from FBC support emails or FBC FAQ, I have sent more than 10 messages to them.  This site looks like is going to die very soon.

Bitcoin network is now unloaded, and there are normal fees because the number of ordinal and rune transactions has significantly decreased. So, it makes no sense to refer to the Bitcoin network, and it obviously can not be the reason why the announcement of the winner of the 10th round of the Lambo lottery is delayed for such a long time.
