The casino is still running smoothly based on their lottery while there’s no much issue reported here aside from these isolated case so I doubt this is what happening right now.

They offer 4-5% APY on Bitcoin, remember that. For a casino investment, offering 4% to 5% APY is quite low, in my opinion. Considering that casino investments are risky, it should be higher than that. Personally, I would take my money somewhere else where the risks are lower. In fact, banks in our country attract deposits by offering probably higher rates for time deposits per annum, so the percentage posted here is honestly quite low for an investment categorized as high risk.

#1 - It is business as usual, and the few issues seen in this thread are isolated. Don't forget, they have tens or hundreds of thousands of active users, and what we're saying here is a very tiny percentage having issues.
#2 - The quinn is ill, or has other life problems. The worrying thing is the absolute lack of contingency plans they have in place if this is the case. This is what always worried me about these guys, despite the fact they are long standing and handle millions and millions of dollars worth of Bitcoin, they are a tiny amateur operation. If shit hits the fan (assuming it already hasn't), then they have nothing in place to ensure the safety of users funds. As I said before, if the two people who operate the site got hit by a bus tomorrow, everyone can kiss their funds goodbye.
#3 - The third option is that shit has already hit the fan, user base could be dwindling and the site may no longer be making a sufficient profit to make it sustainable. Who knows, maybe the Quinn has already jumped ship and the site is as good as abandoned already. Or, if there is serious financial difficulty with them, it's possible this is the beginning of the end and users should strongly consider withdrawing all their money.

I hate to speculate like, but their lack of response is quite worrying. I would strongly consider anybody who has a substantial amount of Bitcoin on freebitco.in to consider withdrawing some if not all of their stack, it has become very clear that your funds are not insured, or even safe should the site or the only 2 "staff" behind it run into problems. I withdraw 90% of mine months ago because the Quinns absolutely awful response to my questions regarding users funds safety. I am strongly thinking of withdrawing the rest of it (which is still a decent amount) just to be safe. For me, the 4% annual interest is simply no longer worth the risk.

Another difference between this casino and cloudbet is freebitco.in doesn’t respond either through casino contacts while cloudbet is still active with their live support on the casino so they are still answering concerns even though they are not active here while this casino is completely leaving all the customers out of the dark because they can’t reach out on both forum and casino.


Exactly, the only reason why this casino is not yet being tagged for not answering concern is because they already established their reputation and they still don’t give any explanation to all the concerns.

The situation with this service reminds me of what happened with cloudbet back in the day. Their once awesome representative suddenly stopped responding to the issues in the forum to this date. The only difference is that they (Freebitco.in) are still advertising and promoting in the forum. IMO it does not help that much if they keep having such unanswered complaints in various threads and scam accusations which definitely affects their trust ratings. It's more like no work done promotion wise.

Things are going terribly in last few months which are creating too much hype about this site with many scam accusations even mostly are settled but still there is no person who can give update about this all is wired because suddenly as we have @TheQuin is coming and checking but not giving any update mean something is cooking inside maybe change of management is also possible with admin is now long time not available.
But still all can come normal because as we are having recently we are watch few whales are doing amazing stuff which mean they are still trusting this site and just few members are having problems but still they need to fix this all and give updates if daily not possible then weekly could be also ok for the all community.

There will be different contact points at different levels. Sometimes communication among contact points will be delayed by personal issues likely health or anything.

I don't consider a long lasting and trusted platform like Freebitco.in is a scam only because they were inactively recently in response to some scam accusations or problems on their platform.

If a business team is scam, you lose money and no matter how noisy you are making, you will still lose money.

If they are legit, they will response and handle your case. Honestly most cases, people will not feel happy even their issues are resolved with some delays.

If your intention is to contact TheQuin then that seems like a futile action for now because he hasn't responded on this forum for quite a long time, even the freebitcoin account which is still actively posting promotions from this casino on the forum is also not the one who will respond and contact him via Direct support services from the website also won't get a response because that's what I've experienced, and in my opinion this isn't fraud, it's just a casino problem that we don't know for sure, and because several members experienced problems that were finally resolved, it seems like the only way is to wait, it's an unpleasant thing but that's all that can be done and it will certainly take a long time.

What is happening to this casino, the issue of scam accusations are getting out of hand and they are many like those who have not resolved their cases can know from acryptouser2017 to know how he resolved his case. And also contact the representative and present your cases so can forward them to the company management to resolve. If I am not mistaken this is the first time I am hearing Freebitco.in scam accusations. Be patient if someone case was resolved then yours too will be resolved.

I also had reported my problem since beginning of April, and wrote numerous times to TheQuin and the other FBC 'support' emails.
What a joke.... 'FBC support'.   No response, not even acknowledgement that they have received the mail and that they would look into it.  Nothing.  Complete darkness.   I sort of also gave up on posting again and again, since I didn't get any replies.
I was scammed for over 0.06BTC, and provided all the proofs in April, hoping it would get some resolution.  No resolution, and to my disappointment i see more and more people with similar scam problems.  It looks like the site is going to be out of business very soon, since this kind of distrust will err people away from betting and depositing to this site.
I will never deposit any more money to this site again.   I had previously deposited a lot, like totally over 3 BTC, and lost most of it in wagering, and I always felt that the streaks of high or low numbers is abnormal, but still kept wagering, hoping my betting would win back the losses.   
However, now, with this SCAM and STEAL of my money, I have put FBC on my blacklist, and I openly suggest that all of you do the same.  Take out your money as soon as possible, before this site goes bankrupt or before the scammers fool you and take your money too.
