Is there no way to reach the support team? I'm losing my mind here. It is very unfair to keep your customer waiting for over 6 months to resolve a problem. I'm tired. If I can just get my money I'm done with this platform, they have been very reliable over the years but I reckon that that's also mainly because I have never had this kind of problem (or any other problems even). This is utterly ridiculous, I can't keep coming here at every chance I get trying to reach the members/owners of freebitco support while they pay little or no attention to my case. This is sickening to be honest, I'm down bad and need my money and have no guarantee of even a response from support. If you cannot effectively run a website then please shut it down. How many others could be experiencing the same as me and have had no one to attend to them huh? I've been reaching out since September for this, I'm sick to my stomach, I just need my money please. HELP ME SOMEONE, ANYONE!
TheQuin has not been online since the day he/she sent me a message, I don't know man I'm going crazy over this issue. This is definitely not how to do things.
I have just noticed that TheQuin was online a couple of hours ago, still I have received no response or update with regards to my complaint. I will now be attaching all my mails sent to support since September 2023 from my next posts. It is very upsetting that I have to wait 6 months+ to get a problem as simple as this resolved. The lackluster nature of the support team in handling this issue is truly the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Why is there a support team when they cannot respond to customer's mails? Has anyone here experienced same, how were you able to overcome? Please help me here, I need answers, much more than that I need my money. I will never come out to say I was not credited if I was, all the evidence is there. Let them check and prove me otherwise and I will gladly come out to apologize the same way I am calling the platform out. I have used freebitco.in since 2016 and have always sang their praises before now, because I've had no issues at all with the platform, so this being my first problem handled this way does not sit well with me. I have lost over 4 btc in gambling over the years on this platform (not even complaining because gambling is a risk I chose to take so no problems with that). But to have deposited money and never received it in my balance? This is absurd!!! HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.
Someone here asked me to be patient, is 6 months not enough time to resolve a transaction? What manner of bullocks is this?? It's like I'm begging to get my hard earned money back and that makes no sense. Pls if there are any other members of the freebitco team that can help with this, kindly point me in their direction.
