You are right, there is actually a big difference between using a martingale in a pvp game and using it in a dice game, first of all, the notable difference is that pvp games like the one duelbit just launched is a game that comes with a zero house edge, and also, In some pvp games, your skill is what determines your wins and loses, though there are still some pvp games that are purely luck based.

But for the dice game, it's completely a luck based game, using martingale on such games is something I personally would recommend, it's one of the fastest ways to lose money, regardless that one could win big money if he or she is lucky while using this strategy, but in essence, I have not come across any gamblers who has a good testimony about martingale.

Yes, that's right, to be honest, if I remember using the Martingale, I remember when I was a beginner gambler at that time, I often used different strategies using the Martingale, for example setting how many rounds to choose for HI and several rounds for Low, but I tried various ways. to try to get winning results from every martingale strategy that I use but I run out of money when I lose in a row and that leaves 0 funds on my balance.

Yeah, that is what many do consider as martingale, that is increasing your bet amount by a certain parentage any time loss, or on a losing streak, while after a win, some gamblers tend to return back to their base bet amount and increasing accordingly again.

This is something I personally have practiced for a very long time, most especially, during the periods I was particularly still new to gambling, I did hit a few big wins from time to time, but honest truth is that, I still end up losing it all back to the casino, and pretty fast as well due to the increase bet amount every loss.

Truth is, luck can't be cheated on, casino or slot games are pure luck based, there is no strategy that will increase ones chances of winning in this type of games.

Word strategy means a plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim (source Oxford Dictionary). I am not here to teach you something but martingale is really a strategy in gambling.

Is it a good strategy or not? My answer is that you can't beat luck with strategy. It doesn't matter whether you follow Martingale, Paroli, D'Alembert, Delayed Martingale, doesn't matter if you follow it long-term, short-term, you can't beat luck with strategy, that's why newbies usually win at first but lose when they learn the game.

Any strategy can be effective once. Even if you bet your entire balance with 0.5% win chance there is still a possibility of winning that 1 time. That doesn't mean you played smartly it just means you got lucky and got an improbable result. Even with zero house edge there is no smart way to use martingale. If you're a whale you might go bust less often and if you set stop loss targets you can avoid losing all your funds but long losing streaks still occur regardless of how low the house advantage is.

Its an awful idea, its best feature is being easy to explain and understand which is why its propagated for so long across generations it seems. I heard that one about 23 years ago off line sitting in a casino bar after work, did seem hella smart to me at the time though I was sitting there drinking so possibly any 'strategy' could have sounded smart at that point.
Break it down to its simplest elements in terms of risk vs reward, with each iteration you are increasing the risk while not gaining anything in your reward. On this basis it should be discarded, you will find something better anything will be better.

What martingale does is, it increases your potential winning amount, since it has to do with increasing bets on each round that ended in a loss, and we all know that in gambling, the higher your bet amount depending on the odds of the game, the higher the amount of money you win if your roll or bet won, martingale does nothing when it comes to determining when you should win or lose, that's entirely up to the casino or luck, martingale only helps increase the amount of money won if you are lucky to win while applying it.

One method to teach them is allow them to use the dummy paper gambling method to play and show that in the long run the balance will turn red.

This is so true. One can only have two things: either they get satisfied with what they have earned in profits OR get their balance in the red. The issue comes when peeps start losing their mind while playing the games. In my opinion this can only come individually. We can not read the books, we can not learn the methods that can make us money. If it is money market we need self control no matter what.
