Haha, welcome to the world of luck and gambling. That’s how it is all the time. There are peeps who had won even with less tickets than that and it is not the first time so I am not wondering at all. I think we should appreciate the system as it only selects who has less amount of tickets and bless them always with the low number of ticket. If they are earning with low number of tickets then it means they are not even wagering a lot and neither they are making as many free rolls as average user would do. I am literally the guy who never miss an opportunity to free roll and keep accumulating those tickets but there is no chance I am gonna be winner soon. But good for those who has won it. Not really surprised to see this because if I'm not mistaken some time ago someone won it with just 10 less lottery tickets.
Of course, when we only have a few lottery tickets, we will still think and hope to win it, but as usual the lottery is not something that can be guessed, even when we have millions of lottery tickets but are not lucky, we cannot win it.
After years of being a Freebitcoin member, I have never won this lottery, I really hope that one day I can get it, what is difficult is having to compete with tens of millions of other FreeBitcoin users, because currently FreeBitcoin does have that many members and one freeroll will give us a lottery ticket for compete with other members, without having to buy it using our satoshi, that's the fun part of the lottery at this casino.

Great information @Betwrong, to be honest because I have never won this so I had such a question and was negative thinking, but thanks for your response glad to hear your answer, I think it is clear by now that every second highest prize winner or $20 equivalent gets email from freebitcoin directly at least another extra giveaway by posting that win get another free $5 from freebitcoin in that thread.

VPN Singapore ranges might be specifically blocked by security because it is less genuine then an actual regular residental IP or in normal use a IP range from that country. So its not a perfect test but I tried the Singapore VPN IP and it was blocked with the text below: Other countries IP used similarly did connect to freebitco website so it is something to do with Singapore possibly but Im not sure if its temporary or perhaps due to some law there causing some specific. Alot of counter measures are levied for a week or two only then trouble makers often move onto their next scheme, the situation could progress positively by itself. Good news is you can most likely just get around the problem without too much hassle though it might be more hassle to do so.

I understood the situation as freebitco.in doesn't do it, the ISP does it, in which case thequin is right that they are not blocking any specific nation and the customer could be right that they can't join from a certain nation.

I know this to be true because I am not from that nation but I can't join from mine neither, it's banned in my nation and we just can't open the website up, a legal disclaimer pops up about the illegality of gambling which it does happen to almost all casinos, or at least the known ones, small ones the government is not aware of yet so they don't show that up. All in all I would say that it has to be from the legal side that ISP blocked and nothing to do with the website itself if you ask me.
