yes but in the end argentina won this year's world cup even though it's fake news even if france team played with full squad team it wouldn't be possible to win consecutive world cups i was sure this year's world cup was for argentina and they proved it though on penalties, but France almost won at the end of extra time free play in the penalty box unfortunately broken by the argentinian defender, but whatever it is congrats for the win argentina and at least I won the bet there 
Why wouldn't it be possible for France to win a consecutive World Cup? They almost did it, anyway. It was a hard game for Argentina after all, as France almost reverted the score at their favour before the end of extra time. All scenarios were possible for this match and even sportsbooks were uncertain regards the favorite team. It ended that Argentina started playing better, because they put more energy on the beginning of the game, but on the second time it was France which had more energy left to dominate the field. Both coaches managed well the stamina of their players, harvesting good results for their respective teams and keeping the game unpredictable till the last minutes.
