This is the current situation.
1) Currently what works:
- Points and Tickets every Faucet Roll.
- Spin Wheel, credits all types of prizes (Satoshis, Points, Tickets).
- Satoshi Bonus in faucet roll (for those who have it active).
- % extra interests per satoshi (over 30000) available in the account, if you have the Premium active.
- Decrease % of Bonus Faceut advancement for each Spin Wheel played.
- Dice Game.
2) Currently what does not work:
- The Daily Jackpot of the Dice.
- Points credited every 500 satoshis played in the Dice.
- Tickets credited every 500 satoshis played in the Dice.
- Selectable bonus every N Wagers completed in the Dice.
- % of Bonus Faucet advancement every N Wagers completed in the Dice.
- Daily Wheel Spin credit if you have the Premium.

Let's see if they re-enable the mentioned features in the next few days, or if they are changing the system to something new.

Half an hour ago I played Multiply 27500 satoshi, but neither lottery tickets nor RP for every 500 satoshi were added to me. And yesterday the daily Jackpot was not launched, the banner that was always on top

It seems the whole premium membership mechanism has been paused, because I see the same number on "your benefit level days" everyday.
Even the guy who was getting premium wof spins has reported that he is not getting them anymore .

If there hadn't been real winners in their lotteries, we would have found out about it a long time ago.
As for the free rolls, I would say that the rolls with captcha became not slower, but it has stopped working at all. Personally, I constantly get an error when I click the button for free rolls with the captcha.
Well, at least the roll without the captcha is still working fine...

I also receive the same notification when I access my account, but it's because I already had many spins saved before they stopped paying the daily ones, and not because I'm still getting WoF spins. Possibly, his situation is the same of mine. I doubt anyone is getting any daily spins at all.

The website was loading so slow some minutes ago. I even received an error message between one of the attempts asking to inform support the hour the error happened. Nothing is improved here. Each day the platform is worse and worse, as if it was slowly dying.

From your screenshot you are getting wheel of fortune spins. Everyone here complaining they have not getting theirs daily.

It is not a site wide outage of their premium users ?

Yes, 40 minutes ago, instant withdrawal to my default profile address (this detail is probably important, since if you don't do this you might need email confirmation for the withdrawal which is known to have been hella-bugged troublesome in the past few months)

I actually tried both clicking and copying the url and still same result. Also tried different browsers with same result.

As for the secret I have it but cannot reset as it says incorrect login details and I want to reset my password without being able to do so.

The platform they have been running for close to a decade has been showing cracks in recent months. And for no possible rhyme or reason to it.
Was receiving 13 WoF spins per day but now nothing.
It is baffling how they have left their customer base out to dry and it is really just sad.

Now that is a much bigger issue than just not receiving what you should be getting daily by agreeing in becoming a premium member on this platform in the first place. Since you have put trust into a system of theirs with your bitcoin and hope they don't just disappear one day with all your bitcoin you have held on the site.
But atleast it got correct after a while. But with these issues plaguing the site in the past two to three months, it is not looking good at all at this point.

So there was an actual real life player on their site who received their promised prize amount? Maybe we can see their post and see if they are still active on these forums to see if their account is working order as some suggest these WoF outages are selective on their end of things.

I had noticed that they were incorporating a new recaptcha system a few weeks ago as it has changed now. It asks you if you want to solve them automatically to withdraw 1 reward point from your balance. Or just solve it manually.
They have updated their Cloudflare I noticed as well. It was running much smoother the last 2-3 days for the site loading and rolls not being delayed as before. But now it is even slower all the sudden and the rolls are delayed by 5 seconds so the update did nothing.

I am a strong advocate aswell when it comes to how a well established long running business should treat their customerbase. Because without them, what are they really?

There is at least 1 (I think even 2) Lambo winners who came in here and discussed with us.

And I myself won the weekly lottery, AND the daily wager prize (top spot). I have withdrawn all.

So let's not start making stuff up

You're probably talking about soslex, who won over 10 BTCs in round 7 of the Lambo lottery in 22 and decided to share his story in this thread. By the way, here is his post.
