There was not a big surprise, Nadal won the main prize and made (at least) 1053 people happy with their 6.35 bet. It is less than 1159 people who bet on Swiatek, who was almost 100% sure winner.
Only 1053 bets on Nadal because bets were closed about 6 days before the final was held, at the start of the tournament he was not the favorite even young players from the same country with him were more favorite than he was. Ruud is not a balanced opponent for Nadal, especially in big tournaments like the French Open where Nadal is the king. Only those who bet on freebitcoin get big results if they bet on Nadal, didn't check directly but I'm pretty sure in other bookies the odds on Nadal in the final match are very low.

Honestly, when we are talking about tennis, this is why so many people gamble on tennis. In fact when you make a list of all the sports that people gamble, and a list of games people watch, you will realize that tennis has a higher percentage of gamblers than watchers versus everyone else, soccer is obviously first but tennis have high odds as well. Why is that? Because people with such huge high odds could end up being there.
You could have wagered 100 bucks on 6 different people, and no matter what happens now, you will be able to profit now since Nadal have 6+ odds, that should show you how much easier it is to wager on tennis, usually if you wager on City or LFC to win the league, the odds are barely over 2 or 3.
I wouldn't call tennis easy to bet on. Yes the odd for Nadal to win was amazing, but this is the first year that he had such a high odds to win the tournament. All the other years, his odd was around 2 or 2.5 to win Roland Garros... If you really follow tennis closely and you look around, you can always find some value bets, but that applies for all sports.

Even if Nadal win the main prize, odds >6 make a big win for everyone who placed the bet.
I cannot imagine that Rolland Garros would be won by someone with odds >40, but it would be really really great. 183 people who bet on Ruud or 251 who bet on "Other" will remember it for long.

Even I hope luck stays with us but as well know, we gain some we lose some as long as the outcome is income.

There have been some months that it was "quite easy" to predict the bitcoin price as the price seemed relative stable and even when you would bet on multiple ranges, you could still have some profit. These last weeks, the price is too volatile to me so I am avoiding betting on the BTC price.
I understand that there could be some times and there are some situations where it was easy to predict the price of bitcoin but at the same time I feel like there are most months that would be quite difficult to actually calculate what would be the bitcoin price and I understand that some people could find it easier but at the same time it wasn't that simple for many other people as well.For me, every month is hard to hit the right price for example, the only times I won would be the months when I wagered on a multiple bet and still won like you said, but at the same time the times when I had to pick just one, because it wouldn't be profitable to pick multiple, I always end up losing.
I can understand your sentiments about btc price prediction because it is also quite hard for me to win if I will only bet in one range.
Even if we are here long enough in this market, predicting what's gonna be the price at the end of the month is still difficult for me.
In that waiting period, there are circumstances that will influence the bitcoin price and change the path of the market.
Multiple bets will really give you better chance of winning, but if you are very confident with your choice, you can always take advantage this in your betting activity.

I went Netherlands vs Belgium. Someone update me is a draw actually possible under the current rules, final outcome that cant happen right. Im not that tempted to go that way, even though I generally dislike the concept of overtime to decide a match, penalties especially feel silly end to a match to a worldcup even.
I did not bet on that, and I am surprised with the result. 1:4, at home? I did not expect that. Maybe it is good I did not bet as I would bet on Belgium.
Congrats by the win with winning the bet on Swiatek, she dominated the whole tournament and also the final was an easy win for her.
1.5 is not a fortune, but still. Of course very often betting on expected winner might be a mistake, but in that case all went fine ;-)

Impressive the dude just had his birthday & a few years away from 40, most will fail vs torn ligaments or any number of non recoverable injuries possible and somehow the dude is at the top regularly remaining flawless. I know Feder already broke many records so maybe sports technology made these dudes bionic or medicine has advanced to repair or understand injuries better, very impressive.

I am not sure if Im on time to bet on this tournament since the time wager is not much now and odds are fluctuating lot. Irrespective what type of tournament and opponent it is but I would always bet on Nadal just because of fan following inertia for this guy.

Gambling is full of risk and if anyone can't take risk then gambling is not for them. Also, when you take risk, then you win big amounts. Those who don't take risks never win jackpots and big money in gambling. Good that you won some decent in this multiply BTC game. Do you prefer to play it manually or on auto?
I don't do that auto bet at freebitco.in. I used to do it earlier when I was gambling actively but these days I just gamble occasionally.
I prefer manual bets because I generally place around 20 - 40 small bets before I place one big bet.
I don't know if it makes sense but I feel it helps me in winning by making my intuition better.

Thank you for posting the odds, I didn't check the final ones and I didn't remember how they were when I placed my bets. I think odds for Nadal are high because the market has closed several days ago and many commentators were pessimistic about him due to a serious injury at his foot.
