I think that is when you let the auto payment run that is sent with these very low fees,they also have an option at your withdrawal button in your profile that let's you choose the fees,you can choose instant there as an option and they cut from your payment the adequate fee to send you the Bitcoin much sooner than when you use the auto withdraw which happens every Sunday if you have the minimum amount required to cash out.
There is no need for that though, I mean they are paying low fees that is true but I have never seen them pay so low that it didn't get confirmed or anything. Maybe it takes sometime but it will always be in your wallet one way or another.It never happened to me at least, whenever I did withdraw, auto or manual or any other method, it always came to my wallet that day, within 24 hours most of the time and probably lot less because I see it before I go to bed the same day, so must be something like 8-14 hours most of the time. Maybe this one is a bit later than usual because of something but I doubt that it could be considered common.
