Well i think you should wait for few more days or couple of weeks to settle the bets. Although we know that Biden is the winner, but gambling site will not risk any amount by declaring Biden a winner, until it is officially announced.
Lets suppose if any how Trump is declared as a winner (although the chances are close to nil), those whom got the money already for biden win bet will never return and it is impossible for the site to pay everyone who either bet for trump and biden.

If it was 100% guaranteed then we would have paid it. Personally, I'd put Trump's chances of success at <0.1% but I'm not going to bet 39 BTC on it. A great deal of the big sportsbooks can afford to eat it if they end up having to pay it out twice.

Could Freebitco.in make some changes for the next lucky draw? The gambling site "Stake" also have a Lambo lucky draw, but they also added 50 x $1000 prizes to give more people an opportunity to win something.
It feels so unfair if you only have 1 prize and you have 100000's of people competing for only 1 prize. It would feel so much better, if Freebitco.in could also offer loads of smaller prizes to make participants more eager to buy these lucky draw tickets. (People will also trust this lucky draw more, if they see more people reporting their wins)

Transaction hashes don't prove anything as they are visible to everyone on the blockchain. @Michael LA, Yes, you need an email confirmation to access it, such as recovering an account or forgetting a password if you can no longer remember. If you have a bitcoin address to link to that account and you can prove that you own it, it may be returned to you but I am not sure because the system may have removed it. After all, it has been inactive for a long time. Please wait for the answer of TheQuin support here.

My problem is that my E-mail that is linked to my freebitco.in wallet is either deleted or hacked and i would like to change it if possible.
I havent logged into my wallet for roughly a year now and when i try to log in to it, it asks for a e-mail confirmation.
The biggest guess I have is that it got deleted because it was a free e-mail and they changed their terms twice since i last logged into it, which was also a year ago.
I also tryed contacting the e-mail support but they couldnt help.
TheQuin should have gotten a PM since roughly a week as well, so what else can I do? Is their a way to log in my wallet without e-mail confirmation?

Most chances you lost your account because now no one can recover this if you have your account ID or any deposite address then may be you have very few chances otherwise its very hard for freebitco support to give back you your account because email ID and deposit address these options only can help in any case. Yeah there are many situations that I wish I had more money to gamble, it mainly happens in dice when I lose few in a row and want to wager more to recover my losses and I do not have enough so I can't recover it, bad part of doing martingale, but obviously that is a good thing because if I had more money I would have chased more and more losses eventually losing hundreds of bitcoin if I had that type of bankroll.If you wagered and you won, just be happy about it, because it could have been the reverse and that would be erasing all the hard work you put in order to make that bet. Bets are a bit different of course, in dice you can wager in seconds and do it constantly without stopping, here we are talking about elections so maybe it would have been different.

I dont see the big election bet clearing, considering it was my biggest bet thats kinda sad for me though I get the reasons I also know statistically its really a done deal at this point and we're just besieged by the nonsense of politics such is the nature of this bet.

I think it's a right decision to keep those bets pending until the final results are announced. People asking "When are you going to pay out?" should have read more carefully, what they were placing their bets on.

Hang in there, this is gonna be way longer since Trump ain't conceding defeat yet.
Maybe some disclaimer for such future (election) bets could be added so players are more aware before wagering next time.
