As I said just above I think in 1-2 weeks time the price will come off of the boil (ten days 'till the US election) - People are going to hodl their coins for about the next 2-3 weeks after the election then the price will move again around the 20th of December before dropping in the new year like it did the last time it reached these levels.
(Do people wait until 23:50 and then make a certain bet on the price of BitCoin I wonder??)

I called it as sub $ 14k at the start of September in my interview (which you can read in full by following the link):
Not bad, I actually haven't been following very much other people's opinions in the past couple of months, but interesting now that I'm looking back there were quite a few positivisms from more people. Personally, I'm always psychologically geared for sub 10k, but it's really hard to see that happening now at current strength in range.
November's still got some venom for sure, though. US elections and stimulus data etc.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What "history" are you looking for? Are you talking about the Time Weight Multiplier, which is fixed(for you) once you placed your bet, or about the outcome odds that are constantly changing?

Exactly! Sometimes it's 4.00 vs 2.00 on other betting sites. If you are betting on an underdog anyways, why not place your bet where the outcome odds are much better?

As for Ethereum, I placed 1k sats on "$501 - $750",
It looks like eth price would be in the range of $501-$750 by the end of October If the BTC price will continue to reach new highs. So, your chances to win this bet are looking more and more favorable at the current moment.It's interesting that BTC has slowed down a bit, gaining only 0.6% in the last 24 hours while ETH has gained solid 4.25%. At this pace reaching $501+ in 8 days doesn't look that unrealistic.
But, of course, other bettors on freebitco.in have noticed this too, and the odds for "$501-$750" are no longer 88.10:
Still pretty good outcome odds for something that can easily happen.
However bitcoin is not like that it is VERY close to 13k level and odds of that is 7.06 so I could say that it is quite possible that people might get a ton of return, almost double the ethereum one, and even if it fails to break over 13k that is even better, 12.5k-13k is at 9.02 right now so it would be a huuuuge win.

Its nice to see bitcoin prices going up quickly due to some good news all around but i don't think those who bet on the bitcoin prices on freebitco will be happy. There are very few people who bet on bitcoin prices to be above 13K. The odds of 9.36 is also nice provided bitcoin stays above the 13K level.

Probably sub $ 14k US
I'm still leaning towards it nudging over $ 14,000 in about two to three weeks time and then settling down to below $ 14k, probably around the $13,250 mark. Thereabouts.

Looks like a lot of people are now watching all these October 31st expiring bets. Really great odds on some but anything can still happen in the remaining days, Bitcoin and Ether are seriously now projecting bullish expectations. Eth now about to touch $400 again, Bitcoin trying to push back above new highs. What a year!
Nobody really expected bitcoin to suddenly get to 13k levels, looking at the situation there on the betting side 12.5k to 13k has 10.70 odds and 13-14k range has 9.76 as well the main reason why one of the mis higher while being closer was the fact that one of them is 500 dollars range whereas other is 1k range so that had a sliiightly less odds. I feel like whoever ends up winning in the next week will probably get a good odds for sure.Interestingly price drop never had a good return, 9.5k to 10k had like 20x odds so people never really assumed it would have gone down, which is a good sign for the bull run we are on actually, could have predicted this good run from what people think on freebitcoin as well. Hopefully they will probably get back to a better level, I want to see 15k finally broken.

Truly unexpected. First we got MicroStrategy 2 weeks ago buying more Bitcoin (and how Norwegian government has a stake) and then Twitter boss says Bitcoin is the future, and then now Paypal following up so we've got an entire whole stretch of super good news.
Hope this leads to a more sustainable rally though. Don't want to see $10k anymore;)

You should read up the terms and conditions but this is basically perimutuel betting which by definition means that the size of the pot is absolutely determined by # of participants and how much they each put in. Minus house commissions from FBC, you get your share equal to what you put in if you win. So no, no fixed amount.
