There is nothing that can be understood from the Youtube video you had posted apart from showing the requirements and clicking on a free roll with captcha. Did you try clicking on 'PLAY WITHOUT CAPTCHA' to try the free roll without captcha? The minimum payout keeps changing based on the price of BTC. You can also see in the same free roll page, the % you need to increase the bonus. This is based on my understanding.

I see that I can buy bonus spin on WOF by my RP, so I bought 1 bonus spin on WOF for every free roll, but when I go to spin the wheel, I see that the client seed section is FROZEN and I can't change it.

Then I refresh the page to see if the client seed is change and the system not allowed me to spin the wheel and erase my bonus for this roll.

SO WTF?!

I followed your way to change the client seed you mentioned on the freebitco.in thread just a few minutes ago.
I was able to change the client seed successfully so I think it must be a technical error for the time being.
May be you can try again for a new spin tomorrow and it would work this time  Smiley

Also, I think you would have missed a requirement for the no captcha for free roll.
You had 0 satoshis as per the video whereas you have to hold the amount for the free roll.

This applies to free spin from email or from bonus spin when you bought it from yours RP?

Also I told that I bought the tickets to unlock the captcha again, because I was unlock it before.(This is like you was verified before and years ago they want your id again and tell you are not verified.)

No I'm a regular user of freebtc and I assure you that I didn't understand that the screen you were showing in your first video necessarily implied that you need to solve a captcha. So I don't think many people had understood that too. If you need to solve a captcha why not just showing it?

But did you try to buy some FUN tokens? Because if you own 2500 FUN tokens the captcha is also removed.

Like I told before, years ago I bought that what they want to remove the captcha and I had no problem before the doom day, which match with angry post from TheQuin.

After that I bought three times tickets and the captcha not removed. The site want more and more, so the things are clear.

Don't have a point I give them more money.
I was just trying to give you a solution even if I have no explanation about the problem you are currently experiencing. You wouldn't give them money because the FUN tokens would be yours, you would be able to sell them or to transfer them whenever you want (but I'm not sure you would keep the benefit of the free captcha feature)

I have another strike from them on the same day, same minute, when they put again captcha for me - they reduced my profit from 6 to 3 satoshi.

So for me the situation is pretty clearly and much funny. Just want to see what to happen when to share this info with this forum.

I don't cry for this - I have a second proof that they offer something from years that they can't fulfill, this is just for attraction for users, but I see that have no point to show that here.

^ You are definitely right, just create a valid and solid prove and I think this is the only way to prove yourself that you are saying the truth because you are accusing them with have illegal activities on users account and including you, removing free bonus rolls I think not that kind of a serious case. Create a video and refresh your main page and let see if you are honestly saying this. Nevrtheless, as you can say, they said that it could be a bug, but the best thing is if TheQuin will clarify the issue here and this allegation will be solved and your case is getting solved.

Just go on their main thread and raise your concern there, they are really helpful so you'll get your answer right away. If you can't still see the the bonus on your account, something is really wrong.

Like I said before - I emailed to support , then pm to TheQuin and checked many times - the result is the same and the answer is missing second day.
When you open a thread it's always a good practice to come back to say how the issue had been solved at the end. It helps people encountering similar problems or asking the same questions as you to know what they can do or to get the answer to their questions.
Finally TheQuin replied to you on the freebtc main thread. Editable client seeds are coming soon.  Smiley You can lock your thread if you want now.

When you solve the captcha, you actually claim the wof, clicking on the spin button only shows the result.
So if you refresh the page after solving the captcha, it's like you're claiming the wof for second time.
To check what you've got you can check your roll history in multiply section.

I humbly apologise for not noticing your VIP newbie status with 7 posts all about the same thing. I should have dropped all other work to make an effort to reply to someone so important immediately. Making the client seed editable is already on the to-do list.

The problem still not resolved, so I can't say that the the issue had been solved.

TheQuin said that she did not see my status like I only wrote a status, but the truth is that before that I wrote a personal message to the team, then to her, after a long time I started a topic and only then I started writing posts in the main topic.

The only thing that has happened so far is that the TheQuin tried to argue with me that I was nobody and the problem is insignificant.

And the other thing that happened is that after her post, my profile started asking for verification again before each free roll and although I fulfilled the conditions three times the captcha is not removed - so TheQuin or the team just try to "punish" me...

Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks like a bug to me. It may be related to the cookie settings too, but.. you better ask the support what's the problem there.

You should look at the multiply BTC page to see if your WOF spin has been effectively done or not. It can just be a bug of the display.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it looks like a bug to me. It may be related to the cookie settings too, but.. you better ask the support what's the problem there.

You should have searched for their main thread instead of taking a step to create a new one. This is their main thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.19120 and TheQuin was more of a helping hand to sort it out if there's an issue. You can lock this one, look at the right bottom of this page and click "lock". More just like a bug to me too, you should have troubleshoot a little.
