Every time someone has a problem with a wallet, we're always introduced to another wallet that we had never heard. Freebitco.in is one of the oldest casinos that we ever know and they have an ongoing signature campaign.

It's impossible for them to scam you asianguy.

Have you done the suggested things that you have to do concerning your problem?

I'd be more conserned about StakeCube if I were you.  Their website was created a couple of years ago, while freebitco.in is going on 7 years.

StakeCube seems to be part custodial wallet, part cloud mining, part exchange, part arcade, and so much more.  They even have their own token, of course.  Maybe I'm overly cynical, but if they're selling cloud mining then I'm 99.999% sure it's a scam.

Only the email and the forum thread/PMs are official channels. This has been said a couple of times by TheQuin; social media is managed by another person that has nothing to do with support requests.
At least, that person can lead @asianguy845 to the email address or another way to help service of freebitco.in. It is much better than @asianguy845 posts here and instead risks the reputation of freebitco.in. I'm pretty sure complaining like this won't get any solution since only the team of freebitco.in can fix the problem.

So, me and my brother both use freebitco.in
He had 100k in the balance, so he withdraw to btc wallet StakeCube (legit, because i have used many times, and so have many of my friends)
We both made sure that every letter/digit of the address was correct, so as to make sure the money was recieved

It has been over a month, and the btc is NOT recieved
He is pretty pissed, and I kind of feel bad as I told him it is a very trusted website that many use

Or is there another reason?

I doubt for BTC0.001, freebitco.in will do some shit.

Either it didn't totally end up on StakeCube or that site doesn't reflect the balance on the wallet but freebitco.in successfully send it or there are missing parts of the story.

A usual process, contact the freebitco.in support first and see what's their response. I can't believe you wait for over a month before taking action.

Dude, having a problem in withdrawal doesn't mean freebitco.in scam. It is a common problem in various crypto platforms. Have you contacted the team member of freebitco.in? You must contact them if you have a problem with withdrawal. Agree with @OmegaStarScream, why you don't comment on FreeBitco.in official thread? Or you can contact them through these channels:
- https://www.facebook.com/theofficialfreebitco.in/
- https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/

Anyway, can you show us what StakeCube wallet is? I also never heard this wallet. So, I cannot say if it is legit or not.

Did freebitco.in give a TXID for your withdrawal? If so, check again (using a blockexplorer) that the funds were sent to the correct address.
They do, it's an automated feature, but records of withdrawals are only shown for the past 30 days (not sure about how long they store them).
They do also send an email every time you withdraw with the amount of coins and the tx id; so try looking for it and the checking on a block explorer to see where the coins actually went.

Also first time I hear about StakeCube too....

Stakecube? Same never heard about that, so that's not even popular wallet aka it's not legit.

Why you just asking after 1 month your money didn't appeared after you made a wd from freebitcoin? Did you waiting for price increased then you just claimed it now to earn more usd?

Try pm TheQuin and do like he replied, that might helps you

I can't help you if you can't access the email on the account and you can't sign a Bitcoin message to prove it is really your account.

I mean, just email them through your email on freebitcoin and sign message from your received address

If everything turns out to be good, write an email to StakeCube's support and show them the TXID, it must be a technical problem from their part. But if you were not given any TXID from Freebitco.in then, I suggest posting here, they'll help you.

Also, I've never heard of StakeCube before... but even if they are legit as you say, you shouldn't use them to store your coins. It's never safe to use online/web wallets.
