It seems the posts on faucet section (I haven't check the other board) are just being read and no people reply to the posts. Why is that?
I checked the FreeBitcoinTalk.org forum. It is mainly faucets there. Maybe it is just early days.
"Free" in the domain name matters
As I understand the intentions of Administrator. The theme of the forum will be giveaways, faucets and other activities related to the free cryptocurrencies.
Then I think we should check the forum for easy money and go to this forum instead if we're looking for some information regarding btc and alt?

Interesting idea. Good that you make promotion, because i like your forum, i'm just a bit afraid that prize may be too low to attract users. 
Anyway for sure after few days you will see results and you'll know what to do..

Tweeter is risky thing, but there is a lot of twitter (cryptorelated) users that trying to adwert their ref links, faucets, list of fauets or rotators.
Maybe some nice banner and retweet campaign will help. Something like:
"prize for retweet
<500 followers - 20k satoshi or 50k satoshi
500-1000 - 10k satoshi or 100k satoshi
1 retweet per day or two or three"
Or something similar..
