I personally would advise anyone looking to do some freelancing to check out microlancer.io being the #1. It's instant withdrawals on the lighting network and has no minimum satoshis needed. The tasks are easy like liking something on social media or creating a account on a app. Quite easy I recommend anyone looking to do some freelancing for crypto check it out .

Sorry, but from a freelancer's point of view, this is a terrible income source. Most of those jobs only pay you $10, $20, etc. and oftentimes, a freelancer needs to make thousands of dollars a month to make a sustainable living.

If it is indeed $10, $20, and so on for very menial jobs, that would be good enough, especially if the jobs are always there waiting for takers. However, I doubt it is as high as that or that there are enough jobs for everybody. But if there are and it is as high as $10 more or less, you could still make hundreds or even a thousand in a month. $10 in a day is already more than enough to a lot of people in many of the parts of the world.

Anyway, I found this: https://www.beermoneyforum.com/threads/microlancer-reviews-scam-or-legit.38202/. Someone is saying, "some people earn about 1 to 2 bucks a month." If this is the usual amount a person could earn, personally, I think it's a waste of time.

But huge respect to the developers for using Bitcoin as well as the Lightning Network for this site. I hope this site will get more and more patrons soon.

Doing task with sites like microlancer for me is good when you have spare time and you want to have something in reward from using it.

I agree that it's not that much but for those that are in other parts of the world that could be a big help for just doing those small task.

Do we have new freelancing sites excluding those known list above?
I've seen some but as pointed out, not really most of them are that effective and successful as there's not that much clients to list their tasks. It's still better to go to the Services or some sub-reddit that's related to crypto jobs.

Not necessarily, in many parts of the world you can live just fine with few hundreds of dollars, and if you are in Venezuela, Cuba or some African countries you need even less than that.
I never used microlancer or any similar websites but I see there are a lot of affiliate links and referral links there.

Yes there are more websites like laborx.com or blocklancer.net, but I don't think that any of them got any real traction so far like fiat based freelancing websites have.

no matter how much money is involved $10, $20 or $1000, liking something on social media or creating an account on some app for money is not a freelancing job. It's more like a giveaway or something like that.
Just because it is done using a computer it's not a freelance job.
He had a wrong perception on trying to make freelancing job to be similar with those micro-earning jobs or giveaways and comparing off on the money you can earn then its totally different

but hey getting those bucks with just very minimal amount is better than have nothing at all but as mentioned it wouldnt be considered nor good to make it as a source of living.

I wonder why Fiverr disable Bitcoin payment with the way Cryptocurrencies are performing in the market they should add other Cryptocurrencies if they have issues with Bitcoin there are so many gig maker in Fiverr that are Crypto related, Fiverr is still the best site to consider when doing freelancer because they are an old freelance website with good repuation.

Am I right in saying Fiverr only accepted payment from buyers in Bitcoin but never paid out the workers with it? That's what I seem to remember and it struck me as a pretty stupid set up but I suppose it is more complication to pay out that accept.

They could've gotten a shit ton more people willing to debase themselves judging by the drudgery people are willing to put up with for a BTC payment.

It's been a long time since xbtfreelancer is no longer the kind of freelancing marketplace that everyone will love. They've been out and gone in the business, I don't know the exact year when it started.

But I tried to look at their website and it's no longer accessible.

It's down as per https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/xbtfreelancer.com.html

It's better for using freelancer site with like upwork and fiver. Don't trust every site for payment in crypto then you're time just wast. You can earn PayPal dollar for work in upwork and fiver site then you can convert in crypto currency in this forum.

While that's possible, the process are not that flexible and there's an additional fees for that. I guess OP does not want to go through that trouble. If he's fine with it then might as well apply in as many freelancing websites as possible and then just buy crypto once in a week or so.

Just to make things clear, that bid system isn't always fair. I don't call professional someone who is ready to fill a task that worth 1000$ for just few bucks. It's maybe an advantage for the job poster, but it's an indecent way for those great workers who can't devaluate their skills by bidding low against others. You ca clearly observ this in Audesk where almost all hard work jobs are done for pennies without a garante to be at the intended level, so many issues occuring because of this .
This why i like freelancers/job-posters using bitcointalk forum who can chose with whom to work and all they requirement is to pay for an escrow who is also considered as a freelancer offering services in the net.
It isnt something new and this had been a pretty common problem when it comes to freelancing where competition gets really too high and of course we do know that there are experts and theres are amateurs
but on the situation you had mentioned. Its not always been the case because theres are job posters which are really strict when it comes to the quality of the potential freelancer in spite of its rate.
Of course there are some who do deal just because its cheap but they should anticipate on what kind of job that it would make.On topic reply on what freelancing sites that pay in Bitcoin/Crypto then its https://www.cryptogrind.com/

We have a lot of lists posted by our colleagues here but one of the site that is not yet included was Banigig I have an account here and they work liked Fiverr and very similar in script check it out if you have a skill you can join here as a seller they accept Cryptocurrency and Paypal

Banigig is really a great Freelancing site for Crypto lovers.
I already created an account and there are almost all skills to work and do micro job.
The best thing is it's payment system which supports cryptocurrency.
But most of the free launching sites don't support Crypto withdrawal till now. Thanks for adding Banigig here.

I have checked the website and it looks great with the increasing number of users. However, compared to some other major freelancing platforms, banigig takes 20% to 30% as a service fee for each task you complete. It's an exagerated percentage imo. I also don't like the bid system when many banigig workers can bid against each other, which makes it harder for the job poster to distinguich between biders which one is the most professional regardless of how much it costs.

same on the platform i used before , they have bid system too  . its easy to win a job this way because you can post lower rates if you really wanted to get the job or to earn money .

they say pro workers have a high rate , job poster can use it to search for high quality workers and also he can find more details by visiting the bio of the workers  . the only advantage of the platform i use before is they dont take comission because the payment will go on your personal wallet .

Thanks a lot guys for all your valuable responses.

Just go via a normal freelancing site and buy it with what you earn?

It seems I'd be following this path for now.

You're right, I'd probably make more satoshis by working for fiat and convert them myself than working for BTC itself.

There will be approximately 1,000,000,000x more opportunities and they will pay more money. I think those who pay out in BTC have realised that the people willing to work for it can't be bothered to do their sums and realise they're being massively exploited for the honour of being paid in BTC.

You may be in a place where buying it or getting paid in fiat is hard, but that's the very first thing I'd investigate before throwing away the value of my labour like that.

Try checking out the following websites too.
- gitcoin.com
- bounties.network

I have earned some decent amounts from the websites in the past when i had lots of time mostly in ETH, Dai and other top altcoins that were tradable for the exactly value one was getting paid for.
