Well the size is huge and fee is too low . I will give it a shot but I think it will take really long . Time and again I ask people to spend a good fee and use Electrum wallet . May I know from where did you send this tx and to whom ? Don' be specific, just tell me like wallet to exchange or so ... . You can use cpfp in case if it is coming to you from an exchange however, with this size the fee is going to be huge for cpfp .
It's a 0.0045 btc withdrawal from bitstarz - they seem to only send with low fees because they're cheap, I guess..

I accelerated it . These exchanges/casinosdo not understand the problem . You should choose between exchanges carefully .
