Damn, they have sent a fee of 0.45 US Dollar worth btc against 2500 bytes (app.) . Their service is such a crap .
Your transaction is not visible to other nodes . It can hardly propogate on the network , I think it will again get back to the service you are using .

I would recommend you to first contact their support system and ask them to increase fee . It should be atleast 70 sats/B to propagate on the network successfully . Hope you will be successful there .
