My transaction has been confirmed but it took two days to confirm. Previously i used to use the same small fee and there was no issue with the Tx confirmation. Why transaction fee and time increases after the halving ?

Actually, there is nothing to do with halving . It is just that the world is more interested in bitcoin during COVID-19 days since there must be liquidity in crypto too to .

Rebroadcasting only helps to sustain the transaction & nothing else . You have embedded a good fee . I will accelerate it soon .
