Yes it’s confirm but it was not confirmed by any of the service here, it undergo a normal confirmation as the fee was increased and transaction fee at the moment reduce to a normal level that can allow it get through.

At 6 sats/vByte this transaction isn't even eligible for acceleration from the ViaBTC website, unless you are willing to pay money. RBF isn't enabled either. Your best options are to use CPFP, assuming you control the keys to the receiving address or the change address, or you could double spend the input with a higher fee and broadcast it to a node which supports the full-RBF policy. Even without this policy many nodes will still relay a replacement transaction because of how low the original fee is and how long it's been pending means that most nodes already removed it from their mempool.
