I don't think anyone can accelerate that transaction. You made a mistake setting up a transaction fee to low.
Since you can't RBF, you could try CPFP from the recipient's address to speed things up if you have that option.

I would like to ask you should I wait longer and is there any chance to confirm this transaction. I have checked this topic and noticed that in the same month was transaction with similar fee (sat/byte) and it was processed after 9 days. Please advise is there any real chance to confirm my transaction (in case of success I am ready to donate) or should I look for other solution?

If you can not use RBF from the sender, then you can look in the direction of CPFP. How to do this for Electrum I will send you in personal messages. The size of your transaction for calculations is 499.

No. You need to have complete control over your wallet to be able to make a CPFP transaction.

Yeah i know, it was due to series of unfortunate events. Im sure i chose 34 sat/byte, instead i end up with 4/byte, dont know how and when it got switched.
Service you're offering is accually accelerating or it's just brodcasting again? Hope it's not the second option. Anyway thanks for your time!
