The mempool increased daramatically in the last weeks, because of the new ATH. I can't see those txs get through while we are in this kind of bullrun.

On weekends, the mempul is usually unloaded. However, the rate went sharply down and many in a panic withdraw...

Does the mempool get unloaded every weekend? It didn't feel so last weekend when i first sent out a low fee transaction, and its still stuck until today; its been 6 days. I agree with BTCLiz - the chances of our low fee transactions getting through seems very low at this point.

Another question is - does unconfirmed transactions get dropped from the mempool and amount returned to our wallets after 14 days of staying unconfirmed? or its just a myth?
