I don’t trust any of this. What I trust is my own eyes and only my experience... Always try with smaller amounts and see how they go, then set up maximum security. I picked 3 wallets for now including Freewallet and all of them work very good. I didn’t like many of the ‘official’ wallets because I like keeping everything in one place but that’s not for everyone.
To cut it short, trust only yourself.

Did you see the negative rating I left them? Did you see the flag creates and supported by many members on the forum? They are there for a damn reason. If you're going to ignore those feedbacks you're most likely to get scammed. I don't see the point of using any service that has a negative feedback on this forum.

Why would you be using freewallet in the first place ? It's a scam site with countless of accusations against them.

Trying to swap a couple EOS for btc

Holy shit they actually sent the transaction at 33.5 sat/byte to use the 10k sats. At this rate, you're literally wasting money as 3 sat/byte is enough to get into the next 2 blocks.

Just pay like 13 sats/byte if you're really in a hurry

Hi ritaconscience,

We've checked the referenced transaction out and can see that you've set "Low" priority for it. Let us remind you that this option is behind "Urgent" and "Fast" modes that you could also choose while sending a transactions with us.
Don't hesitate to reach out to the support team if you need clarifications!

You guys are straight up wasting your customers' money when you send transactions out at twice the normal fees for transactions

Did you reach out to our support team about this?
In the OP
When I emailed them about it, they claimed it was normal and that all of it was going to miners.

You can choose the lowest commission fee for BTC transactions which will not affect your balance greatly.
Again, in the OP
They charge 10k sat withdrawal fees for a slow withdrawal.

Why not rebrand?
You are not a wallet, why you lie to people?

They charge 10k sat withdrawal fees for a slow withdrawal. When I emailed them about it, they claimed it was normal and that all of it was going to miners.

This seems quite dishonest.

They also lie saying they are a wallet, but they are a centralized exchange that lock user founds with KYC excuses.
Be aware that they will steal your coins, they are not a wallet, they lie.

EDIT: they actually spent 33.5 sat/byte on a slow transaction. At a time when 13 sat/byte was enough to get in the next block!
