Freewallet is scammer. and if somebody need help, I find his owner's informations and address...
hello i'd like to ask about how to recover pin code? i've been using free wallet since mid 2018.
as i remember, i never activated it, and i've been sending tickets but its keep fail and said that the captcha verification was failed.
is there any other way to reset my pin code? as i remember i've been collecting my fund since 2014 and never activated pin code.

I still have no problems using this wallet. I do work with small amounts, I would certainly not risk high amounts.

That is what I was thinking, they get more out of the people that they are scamming, it seems like they are data mining these poor users that had their money and identity swindled by the same group. And this thing can't be denied because multiple users seems to agree that Freewallet is a scam website. There are a lot of websites that are acting this way for awhile now and it is an alarming rate because any website that you have trusted might pull a fast one on you and ask for the impossible KYC.I've been using this wallet for a while and never had any issues. I must say that I always keep relatively small amounts, it could be. I personally have not experienced any problems with freewallet.org
Good for you that you are not a victim of this website, a lot of users have flagged this user and it seems unusual visit for a happy client for a website that has been bombarded with accusations that have proofs.

Basically you just said you support this scam.
I've been using this wallet for a while and never had any issues. I must say that I always keep relatively small amounts, it could be. I personally have not experienced any problems with freewallet.org
This is one of the main threads against you. And Im tired of seeing complains. I see that since my post you got another trusted negative. When will you learn? Do you need to get arrested to change your practices? Your identity is all on the internet for anyone to check it. Soon or later you will end bad. Its amazing that you are still online with so many complains.

11 negative from trusted forum members. Using alts to post support to their business: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54541963. Scam practices of demanding documents from customers with high balance to try their luck and see if some dont send them. Freewallet seems a very legitimate business. Trust them with your money if you want to lose it.
KYC is common nowadays. I hope your data was safe. But it's weird to suspect data theft behind such verification.

Ever heard about paid or fake reviews?I just read through the review and it's fake and bullshit. If they are not scammers then why do we have so many individuals complaining about foul play by Freewallet. It's not like freewallet is not the only custodial wallet around. Why are we not getting this many complaints about other wallets.
Looks at a few complied complaints around the forum. This can't be a coincidence.

1) I was not offered to create a pin, you just installed it. I did not confirm anything, just when I tried to log into my account I received a request to enter a PIN. Which I do not know.
2) All communication with your experts (dozens of letters) ultimately boils down to the fact that I am asked to send my photos, photos of my documents, other photos. Not only do I don’t want to send such my data to you, I also don’t understand how it is connected with my account: you are not happy with my report, where did the money from the wallet go from, you are not happy with my report where the money was transferred from the wallet but for some reason my photo and photo of my documents supposedly suit you. Is this nonsense? How do you check in my personal photo that the account is really mine?

PIN code is a personal information, which you are prompted to create upon your first login session. We have no access to it but we can reset it for you and you can create a new one. The procedure for resetting the PIN code requires providing our specialists with certain information. These photos will help us to verify you as the owner of this account.

There is no subscription fee for the wallet use. BTW, on-chain transactions are never free
