Actually there is nothing different in my opinion, both Toulouse and Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) because both of them are in the lower team category or outside the top 10, of course it will be difficult for these players to shine with their interested clubs. Another thing if the team looks at him like Lens, Marseille he maybe younger to shine because have a club ready to push him

But in fact, Schmidt also did not really play for Werder Bremen last season, because Schmidt last season was loaned to a club playing in the 2. Bundesliga. There might be personality class between these two strikers.

Bayern Munich is a good club that has a very experienced coach, Kane might be successful in Germany. But he has so much to lose if he fails to win trophies in Bayern. If he remains in Tottenham, he has the opportunity to become the all-time premier league highest goal scorer. Tottenham has a new coach that can make a difference. Coach Ange Postecoglou might bring the needed change that can give the club a European trophy. It would have been a great honor to for Kane to retire in Tothanham

PSG are said to have already offered 100 million for Kane, but Kane turned down the offer as he is only interested in Bayern. And in my opinion, this is logical - even despite the weak competition in the Bundesliga, this title is more real than the Ligue 1 title, plus Bayern always has a chance for the Champions League title. If Kane makes a choice in favor of money, it will be easier to go to Saudi Arabia, it will be more profitable than going to PSG.

There are always unwanted things that happen, and that is what Neymar feels. But I still appreciate him, he often has to fight with injuries but at the same time I don't see a very significant decline in his game. There is a decline, but it's not that big, and when you look at some of the players who have been injured, they not only decline but they don't even sound like good players anymore. That happens a lot when players are young, and they even have to end their careers at a young age.

Neymar is a great player but the only problem if he is very often in making more and more scandals. It was also affecting his market value to be dropped even deeper than you think. His market value represent how consistent neymar in the football.
You can see his value in transfermrkt. It wad going down so hard to the ground. PSG bought him for about €220 millions from barcelona. There are some EPL clubs have been linked to him.
The problem if neymar is not even giving statement regarding the chance for him to leave from PSG and join in another club. That being said that if neymar's transfer to the another club is far from become a reality.

Chelsea is keep in signing him as a new winger in the club but neymar doesn't like chelsea. He prefers MU to sign him instead of chelsea. It was also proving that how neymar is not accepting any offers that coming to him.
