For today match Lyon is not in the comfortable situation now because in all competitions Lyon still unable to win 5 times in a row and Lyon even only can scores 2 goals from 5 matches which is this is poor records from them and against Nice hopefully they will be able to bounce back because Nice condition also is not so different but compared to them Nice performance was slightly better because at least Nice can gets 3 draw from 5 latest matches but this is hard match for Lyon because they have to playing without Lacazette who got suspension because of red card and this is big loss for them because so far Lacazette is their key player

Marseille is currently 1 goal ahead of Brest. they scored a quick goal early in the first half and kept it until the end of the first half. Brest also showed an improvement in their game compared to last season. Brest tried to increase the opportunity to catch up.
The other game today is PSG who will face Lens. PSG still struggled in its first 2 matches. I hope in this match they can perform better. against Toulouse, Enrique brought on Mbappe and managed to score even from the penalty spot. PSG still really need Mbappe and they don't have a replacement yet if Mbappe does leave next season.

I can say the gem between Lens and PSG was not hard for a team like PSG considering the money they spent and the players they have. I dunno what's wrong with this club. PSG looked like on fire once if faced a strong team while it was always struggling when facing a weak team. Lens can be considered as one of the strongest team in the league. Mbappe was helping the club in scoring two goals while lens was only able creating 1 goal against PSG. The first win by PSG. It proves that if mbappe's role is very important for PSG. PSG cannot play as good as this match without mbappe.
I can imagine if mbappe gonna leave from PSG and the club will not able to have a player with proper finishing. I was not taking this match as it's quite risky consider the previous matches were so difficult for PSG.
The come of mbappe was changing everything for the club. The attacking line of PSG has a guy who can have a proper finishing like mbappe. The future of mbappe still remains unclear at this moment.

PSG's current situation is exactly what you said, it looks messy and needs a complete reconstruction. Monaco started their disappointing games yesterday night against Nantes,a team which had only two lost games both at home and away.Nantes in fact played much better in the sense that they were much more pragmatic by scoring all the opportunities created by them while Monaco created more than 20 goal occasions only to fail scoring most of them,of course a great deal in this draw result for Nantes has their goalkeeper which saved at least 7 critical goal occasions so in this context Monaco needs to better,much better if they want to have a go for the title fight.Yesterday game though demonstrated that Monaco is not yet a consolidated team to be consistent in the title fight.

If I remember correctly, Mbappe only renewed his contract with PSG once and that was last year when he chose between PSG and Real Madrid. He has already realized his mistake and is now trying to escape from there.
I'm sure Real Madrid will try to get him (although Ancelotti recently once again spoke on the topic that Real have a definitive squad and they don't need reinforcements), but this will clearly not be the amount that PSG wants.
Although have good communication again after Mbappe withdrew from PSG squad in the first match, until right now not any any rumor with Mbappe will renew contract with PSG will over on next season. There are close possibilities with Mbappe move to Real Madrid in this season after Carlo Ancelotti announcing their transfer have been over in this season and there are not any player buy or sell anymore. But I don't think with PSG want Mbappe becoming free agent because have one left opportunity in next transfer window January transfer opening several months later. Sell mbappe or he will be free agent and PSG will loss Mbappe without get fees transfer yet due Mbappe contract will over on next season.
