Luis Enrique will not have an easy start at PSG. Mbappe goes or stays, Enrique is not responsible, but he has to bear the consequences. If Mbappe remains for another season, Enrique must let Mbappe play at his best, which won't be easy. Mbappe is an excellent talent in world football, but with that comes a considerable ego. As for Neymar, he is 31 years old with a long history of injuries, and I don't think he will carry the team. He is still the best striker in the world, but he plays with instinct and emotion rather than responsibility.
Luis Enrique needs better new signings to revive a falling PSG.
Enrique will do it, that's why, he accepted the offer to become the new PSG boss and replace Galtier. with the reputation and track record he has, at least Enrique deserves to be given the opportunity to bring PSG even better. whether it works or not, we'll see. So, let time speak. Regarding Mbappe, we agree that it is not his responsibility. whether he will stay, or even if he ends up leaving in this summer's transfer window. however, Enrique will feel the impact if in the end this drama doesn't take place as it should. I mean, if Mbappe sticks to his stance he won't renew a new contract. that means, PSG cannot force him to be sold to another club. except, if Mbappe is willing to join a club that wants to sign him. and as we know, the only thing Mbappe wants is Real Madrid.
Well, the drama of the Mbappe transfer saga really caught the attention of football lovers.
IMO, the worst thing is if there is no agreement. PSG will make Mbappe a substitute player, without even getting a minute of playing time. but, I'm sure this will not happen. ideally, PSG would negotiate with Mbappe and his representatives.
Speaking of Neymar, so far I haven't heard many rumors about him. maybe, Neymar will stay. on the other hand, now PSG is trying to bring in some potential newcomers. in fact, one of their targets was Benardo Silva. also, several other players. that means Enrique knows exactly what he has to do. so, let's see and wait for what PSG will display in the 2023/2024 season.
