In terms of Neymar Jr is just different, take a good look at Vinicius Jr how serious he is when playing for Madrid and for Brazil, that zeal to do more is just there but I can't say that i for Neymar. I don't feel like Icardi will be PSG's main centre-forward from now on. He was impressive at Galatasaray indeed but I don't think this is still enough to enter the starting lineup at PSG quickly. Icardi's performance in his PSG times dropped down by every season by the way. In the 2021/2022 season he played in many Ligue 1 matches but his scoring effort was much lower than the previous seasons. This was also a reason why he was loaned to a team.

For now I think Icardi would be in the subs mostly if PSG don't send him to a club again this summer. And PSG would make a better centre-forward signing.

Last summer actually PSG want to sell Icardi this because when Galtier train this team Icardi was not included in Galtier's plan but not many teams who interested to buy him and only Galatasaray offering loan option and there is no way for PSG unless to accept that offer and i think Icardi future in PSG is still uncertain although he has displayed good performance while playing at Galatasaray and his contract is until 2024 but that won't make him the first choice in the PSG squad

Moreover Icardi is the player who often to make conflict with his team mate and on 2021 he has bad relationship with Messi which is this issue really affects to the performance of PSG and rather than to make Icardi as main striker in the PSG squad i think more likely PSG will look for other players who are much better than Icardi

Neymar still not any rumor yet will leave PSG for next season, indeed absent many matches with PSG in this season due injured seems management not has planning for selling him to the other team although Manchester United and Chelsea linked interested for getting his sign. Neymar seems enjoyed moment with PSG until right now and he has not planning for playing on MLS League after arriving Lionel Messi to Inter Miami. So far not any Saudi Arabian teams linked for signing Neymar due he still injured and depend with PSG decision want to keep Neymar stay until his contract over or sell him to Saudi Pro League teams.

Looks Neymar want to stay for two or three years later with European team due he is 31 years old and potential playing until three years later with European teams and too early have to play in MLS League.
