Neymar had a not so good career at PSG, he was under pressure from various sides, whether it was PSG teammates or fans. Rumor has it, he wants return to Barcelona and is fine with a small salary, but Barcelona finances do not allow to recruit Neymar again, also Xavi has made it clear that Neymar is not in his plans for next season. Too sad for Neymar, but hopefully he can find a club that suits him, because Les Parisiens reportedly handed Neymar departure into the hands of  the player himself.
Neymar shall accept it if he will not able to come back again to the barcelona. It seems like that if he forces himself to stay even longer in PSG. That's a very bad result for his hope. Xabi was making it to the point.

The only problem is now whether he will able to stay in PSG with so many pressures toward him or not. Remember the case when fans are coming to the neymar's house. That can also happen again to him. It makes him feel unconvinced with the situation in the club.

I do know what he feel but this is the only way for him to stay in PSG or move to the club other than barcelona. So many clubs are willing to get him but that's neymar's choice.

The club like manchester united was not as bad as people think. I hope he can decide his future as soon as possible.

Mbappe wants more than Champions League, he wants Ballon d'Or too. Ligue 1 is a smaller league than La Liga and Premier League so his goals in Ligue 1 will have less contributions for his personal race with other star players for Ballon d'Or. I believe that even he wins Champions League with PSG, he will still have plan to leave PSG.
Every football star dreams of winning the Ballon d'Or but some may not win the Ballon d'or because of their club's poor performance and some may not win the Ballon d'or because of the team's performance. Mbappe is one of the contenders for the Ballon d'Or based on his skills but that dream is not coming true for the club. Every season Mbappe has done well, his team has failed to win the Champions League trophy. The English Premier League, La Liga or the Italian leagues are J-level France League, but Mbappe lags behind in either direction, so his change of club should be a priority in order to win the Ballon d'Or.

Luis Enrique is really close to make the deal official with PSG now. Everyone has been saying that Zidane would be the best coach for PSG and I also agree. However it doesn't look like Zidane want that in the first place. Of course PSG still could have tried their chance by making an official offer to him but they haven't either.

In this situation there is no other thing to do than hoping Luis Enrique to be successful here. He is a decent career as he has managed Barcelona and Roma as big teams. He even managed Spain national team also. His most successful years were with Barcelona indeed. He won 10 titles in total with Barcelona and one of them was even a Champions League title.

At least it must be exciting to have a Champions League winner coach around here.
It could be difficult because Luis Enrique, like Guardiola, favors ball possession, whereas PSG focuses more on transition and quick counterattacks. This is why I'm not very excited about it. Nagelsmann or Mourinho are my top choices.  Mbappé must leave for Luis Enrique to achieve anything significant because if he stays, he won't ever have full control or won't be spared from making tough choices like Erik ten Hag had to with Ronaldo at Manchester United. If we don't give him control of the locker room, it will be another failure, and no respectable coach will be interested in coaching PSG again.
Enrique fondness for ball possession and PSG emphasis on quick counterattacks represent a glaring disparity in playing styles that may make it difficult to develop a cohesive team chemistry. Your choice for managers who may be more in line with PSG style such Nagelsmann or Mourinho demonstrates your desire for a more harmonious strategy. The idea that Luis Enrique would need Mbappé departure in order to succeed comes from the idea that it would provide him more control and decision making power. If such control is not given as in the case of Erik ten Hag and Ronaldo at Manchester United it can make it more difficult for the coach to successfully implement his plans. In order to prevent future failures and keep respectable coaches interested PSG must foster a supportive environment and provide the coach the freedom to win the players respect and cooperation.

The conditions are still possible because looking at PSG's current condition, ball possession is not a difficult thing for them to do. On the other hand, when looking at Enrique's quality, the style of ball possession that he always does, of course we also realize that what he was training was Barcelona at that time, so he must have done something like that because Barcelona's signature is clearly in tiki taka.
Now with PSG's conditions that he can take advantage of, of course it won't be difficult to make some adjustments, especially considering the individual qualities of the players, of course he won't find it difficult to train a club like this.

I don't know if Luis Enrique would make any impact on Mbappe's decision to change. He has won a Champions League title before but he can't reassure anything for PSG already now of course. But if we see some good chemistry maybe PSG can really make it to the title for the first time in team history. But even this might not be enough to convince Mbappe to stay longer.
Winning Champions League is very difficult and Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, Ancelotti are very few coaches who won Champions League with more than one club. Pep Guardiola managed Bayern Munich and Manchester City but he only won a Champions League with Manchester City in this season, many years since a day he left Barcelona.

PSG have more problems than Bayern Munich and Manchester City and Enrique must talk to PSG owner, sport director to rebuild the club strategy. If he can not succeed to change the club strategy, it's not easy for him to win Champions League with PSG.

Because Mbappe really seems like he has made up his mind. He says he is contented with staying here for his last year on his contract but he has no intention to extend with PSG until 2025. PSG have no intention to let him go as free agent either. In this situation I really wonder how this will end up.

It is like everything can change suddenly this summer and PSG might even decide to sell him right away.

As far as I can see the best thing PSG can do about their players like Mbappe who won't extend his contract is to keep him for another season when his contract ends and until that time they can use this player to achieve their goals. Also, PSG would use another coach and Luis Enrique can be a good option for them in the next season while they still can have Zidane as their first priority.

But the thing is Mbappe has stated that he will not renew his contract after next year and that has PSG starting to panic now. We cannot control the will of players who don't want to agree with the club's wishes and players like Mbappe should start being freed from the responsibility of the Paris capital team.

Moreover, he has never won a champion's league title, of course he will come to a club that has that goal and will not stay at PSG. We know Mbappe's goal is to one day become the best player in the world and if he was still with PSG that goal would never be achieved.

Luis Enrique is a great coach who had a very successful reign in his days as a Barcelona manager and would definitely make a good coach if he finally become the official manager of Paris Saint Germaine.
However, I think Zinedine Zidane would definitely make a better manager than Enrique because I think the latter understands modern day football than the former. Paris Saint Germaine has won the French Ligue 1 for 9 consecutive times now so winning the domestic league isn't the problem of PSG but to win the Champions League and I think Zidane is the best man to bring that dream to reality
Undoubtedly, Enrique's time at Barcelona speaks volumes, promising value to Paris Saint Germaine. However, Zidane, in my assessment, embodies a sharper grasp of modern football. Despite that, given his current preference for national team coaching, Zidane's PSG prospects seem slim. Yet, Enrique's credentials, even if lacking Zidane's glittering trophy haul, outperform ex-PSG coach Galtier. Ultimately, if Zidane proves unreachable, other prospects like Motta or Conte may emerge as top contenders

it is a little difficult to keep Mbappe to stay at PSG while Mbappe has the goal of leaving PSG and getting a better team to be able to win the champions league title.
because this champion league title is one of the dreams that Mbappe had to get a long time ago and by joining PSG this Mbappe cannot get what he wants and on the other hand there are many rumors that will buy this reliable player and one of them is Man City and Real Madrid.
but I think Mbappe will at least stay at PSG until January 2024 and for the PSG coach it seems that Zidane has no interest in becoming a PSG coach.

Since zidane was not even giving single sentences regarding his future club and i think that's actually useless to talk about him. He has been rejecting any clubs that linked to him.
He is smart and disciplined. He knows what he want, a France national team's coach position. He does not need money from rich clubs and he can wait a few more years to take over his national team coach position. I guess Zidane knows that France currently have a very good squad with many talented players and many of them are young and can grow up more. If he takes over that position, he will have good chance to win big titles with France like World Cup and Euro and even can repeat success of Spain, winning three big titles during 6 years (1 World Cup, 2 Euros).

PSG is now having more important mission to rebuild the club as so many players have been leaving the club including one of most important player. PSG will be playing without mbappe next year. That means if PSG will be also losing another potential talent again from the club.
We don't know about future of Mbappe, lot of things can happen in future, this summer or next summer.

As you can see that the future of neymar is still remain uncertain.
He wants back to the barcelona while barcelona is now focusing to rebuild the club with so many young talented players. I think that the possible thing if neymar will be staying even longer in PSG.

He will not go to the another club in summer. Neymar's contract is still remain a bit long at this moment. I think that neymar gonna be staying in PSG.
If Barcelona did not bring Messi back to their club, they will not bring Neymar back to Nou Camp. Neymar is younger than Messi but he will require high salary that will not be paid by Barcelona with their not too good finance recent years. He is sensitive with injuries and Barcelona will not pay expensive cost for such players.

Neymar might leave PSG but his destination will not be Barcelona.

PSG hopes to sign Luis Enrique, but I doubt he will fit in with the Parisians' approach. PSG wants the most effective trainer to lead them to the UEFA Champions League trophy; winning the Ligue One has been a regular reward for them; now is the time to change things up and attempt for a more important title. Zinedine Zidane is a terrific coach with excellent winning qualities; he would be ideal to replace Galtier Christophe at Parc des Princes, but the Frenchman would not want to endanger his position as manager of a club. PSG is a quality club, and acquiring Zidane would not cost them a fortune, but Zinedine rejects their bids.

According to some sources, Zidane has a low interest in coaching clubs currently because his main target is to coach the French national team. He has won almost everything as a club coach and might not be motivated by club trophies. As a player, he has won the world cup maybe his main focus now is to win trophies as a national team coach. French current coach Didier Deschamps has a contract till 2026 and he also has a good record as the French coach winning the world cup in Russia and runners-up recently in Qatar. Zidane might have to take a club coaching job because it is clear that coach Didier will take the French national team to the 2026 world cup except something else happens. Luis Enrique will be a good option if Zidane is not ready to pick up the PSG job. He may not have won more trophies like Zizou but he has better credentials than PSG's former coach Christophe Galtier. There are still speculations that Thiago Motta and Antonio Conte are also targets of PSG if they fail to attract Zidane.

I read new rumors.
Quote
"Luis Enrique is PSG's coach of choice ! The former Spain coach will be hired by the Parisian club, with just a few details left to be worked out"
Source : Marca
Seems like PSG are still aiming for the UCL trophy. Luis Enrique started working as a manager in 2008 with Barcelona B, and then him move to Roma three years. In the 2013–2014 season he can also become a coach at Celta, and then move to Barcelona. If i'm not mistaken, Him can make Barcelona winning the treble in his first year and the double in his second. With an amazing record, if PSG get his services, so there is a chance for them to win the title they have been aiming for.

I have also heard about this news later on. Maybe it might be good to have Luis Enrique for PSG. Because he is a Champions League champion with another big team like Barcelona. He didn't make do with only this achievement of course. He has many more titles achieved with the same team as well and all their achievements are only with Barcelona.

Now in this case he will need to concentrate on doing the same for PSG. We all know how desperate PSG are to win the Champions League title at least for once for a long time. They have made so many manager changes in the last 10 years but there is still no positive result.

Luis Enrique doesn't have a history with managing a French team though. Therefore let's see how much he can adapt first.

Forgot him, zidane will not accept any offer this year. He may probably back again to the real madrid next year. Several names have already been linked to PSG, but Enrique appears to be the most potential coach for PSG..
Zidane will be only accept an offer that came from the team that makes him interested. He will not randomly accept any team that gave him offer. The main concern for PSG to get a new coach as soon as possible before it's too late.
It's caused by the transfer season is always running forward while PSG has not yet got a new coach that has a plan to rebuild the club again.
PSG needs to find one as soon as possible.
Yes, it's true, PSG must forget about Zidane because he will definitely return to Real Madrid, I read some news that Carlo Ancelotti will die Real Madrid in 2024, because he has received an offer to coach the Brazilian national team. In my opinion the French league is not competitive and PSG always wins easily there even though they play without their star players because the team there is below them. Now when playing in the UCL against a strong team they can't do much because they are used to playing easy. Honestly the French league doesn't deserve to be called one of the top 5 best European leagues because the Portuguese and Dutch leagues are better than them. This is just a personal opinion.
On the other hand, there are many factors that make it difficult for a club as big as PSG to be successful in the ucl, the most obvious of which is the coach. The PSG coach is poor in tactics and all the players are too dependent on Lionel Messi and mbappe. because it's very easy for opponents to lock in the movements of Lionel Messi and Mbappe. Especially now that many star players have left PSG, of course this will be even more difficult for PSG. Yes, it is exactly as you said that the most suitable to train PSG right now is Enrique.

Zidane is not coming to PSG for sure. I actually agree with @asriloni that he is probably going to manage Real Madrid from the next season. PSG will probably have to go with Luis Enrique. He is the best option for PSG right now. In my opinion, I do not see anyone else being more qualified for this job. PSG needs to do a lot of work with their squad. And I really hope that whoever comes as the coach of PSG will actually be given hundred percent of freedom to work with the squad.

Otherwise, if there is any kind of pressure on the manager to keep or not keep any certain player, it is going to be bad for the team.

Regardless of what they are going to do with Real Madrid and Zidane in the next season, I think Carlo Ancelotti is not going to leave that team yet. That's why Zidane is still a good option for PSG and even if he doesn't join PSG there are still many other unemployed coaches in the world the can start working on PSG for the next season.
Since PSG got enough money to hire any coach they won't have any problem if they want to choose another can for the next season.

PSG's playing plan is exclusively counter attacks; reviewing prior goals recorded, most were counter attacks, especially with the presence of the three essential players, Leo Messi, Neymar Jr, and Kylian Mbappe; the work is done. PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi will bring in anybody he believes is qualified to lead the Parisians at Parc des Princes. I don't think Kylian Mbappe will leave if Luis Enrique enters, even though he is an important player for the club and may have some challenges when the new manager arrives. I just hope things get better. If he is appointed manager of the Parisians, Luis Enrique will overhaul their style. Of course, there is always room for players to adjust to new situations.

Apart from a new coach like Enrique who might be a better fit for PSG next season, several players who have left for other teams also need to find a replacement so that there is a balance of performance for PSG next season. Because if you are only rich in tactics, it will not be enough for PSG to be successful if the players are not very good at carrying out the tactics of their coach. So it seems that there are still many things that PSG must improve from now on in order to improve their performance next season.

@wmaurik Poch wasn’t a bad coach but he failed at managing the ego’s of the PSG player’s and hence I feel that Enrique will do a better job due to his vast experience. Furthermore I’m keen to see what kind of rebuild will Enrique do because buying star player’s has back fired and Mbappe is bound to leave next year hence he has to rebuild this squad immediately.
The situation is still a little complicated when in the end the coach has to lose to some players and this must be anticipated.
Even though we know that PSG players are above average from individual skills, but indeed when Ego is difficult to control, they are like playing alone, which is clearly very detrimental to the club.
If in the end Enrique is in the coaching chair the hope is clear that he can lead well but on the other hand if things like this continue then it is a little complicated in my opinion for PSG's condition.
Now it depends on them whether they will only be a club that only triumphs in the domestic league or wants to be a little better in a more prestigious arena because if they only rely on ego then forever they will not cross the bar for the prestigious league in the Champions League and can only triumph in Ligue 1 which will not be too noticed.

Well, now PSG has appointed a seasoned coach. at least, Enrique has a long track record, especially when he led Barcelona to a treble winner. but I will not rush to assess Luiz Enrique's performance with the PSG squad, at least we will see which top players PSG will bring in during the transfer market this summer. for Ligue 1, there's no doubt PSG will continue to dominate, even without Messi, even if Neymar leaves too. but in the Champions League. is a tough job for Luiz Enrique.
