Paris Saint Germain will surely win the league and I think it was expected of them from the day the league kick started and that's understandable because of the quality of players in their possession. Lens has done greatly awesome this season to keep close to PSG but I think they also know as a club that they can't stop the star studded  PSG from winning the league. If the French Ligue 1 must be competitive like other major leagues in Europe, club owners must learn how to invest hugely in their squads
PSG has only focused on Ligue 1 since being knocked out of the Champions League in the round of 16, they must stay focused on the remaining 7 matches to win the League title. They still lead the standings with a difference of 8 points from Marseille who are in second place, PSG must win the next 5 matches to secure the Ligue 1 trophy.
The difference in points in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place is very close, most likely there will still be a change in position between Marseille, Lens and Monaco in the remaining matches. Lille, who is in fifth place, only six points away from Monaco, still poses a threat to the team in the top four.
It is very interesting to see the competition in rankings 2 to 7, towards the end of the League there are still surprises displayed in the standings, these clubs are still struggling to finish in the best position.
At least that was all they hoped for and when the previous 2 defeats actually felt awkward when they said they were focused but after that they returned to their performance by successfully scoring 2 wins in their last 2 matches this time.
But seeing the red card this week for Lens is actually a blessing for them because I'm pretty sure when they play with the same number of players this big is difficult to happen with PSG who are still a little bit not good for their attack line.

With PSG missing out on the Champions League platform, their only target now is the Ligue 1 title. Although PSG's performance in the two matches was poor, I am sure they will win the title. And they proved their mettle in the win against Lens.
Lens and Marseille are competing for the title with PSG. The lens is now 9 points behind PSG and Marseille is 8 points behind. I don't think it is possible for these teams to narrow the gap to 8/9 points. This season's Ligue 1 champions will be PSG. And I think PSG's points gap with other teams will increase in the upcoming matches.
maybe in yesterday's match if the Lens player didn't get a red card maybe the score would have been different. because we know that it is impossible for Lens to play well when only 10 players are very difficult to beat PSG.
while the red card for the Lens player made PSG players have a gap to get more goals and get more points and gave a point distance that was a bit far from the team under PSG.
I think it's difficult for Lens and Marseille to catch PSG's points. because PSG still has mainstay players like Messi and Mbappe who can make this PSG team a winner in league 1.

I usually see Zidane's name whenever we are talking about a new coach for PSG I think if they want to hire another coach the best thing they can do is to hire Zidane because he can have a good performance there since he is French and he good experience working with superstar players when he was coaching Real Madrid that's why PSG won't have unbalanced situation anymore with Zidane.
Zidane has not even given a signal if he is interested in PSG. The possible thing for zidane to be a coach for the club based on the french league or serie a.
Zidane has also ever become real madrid's coach. Al nassr has been trying to sign zidane as a new coach to replace rudi garcia. The future of zidane still remains unknown this time. I will be waiting for further announcement from him.

It's quite hard to predict which club will be able to sign him as a new coach but his movement has been waiting by so many parties. Zidane is a phenomenal player in the football as well as manager.
Any news from him has been wating by so many parties.

Zidane is not the only candidate. The special one has been linked to the PSG too.

Zidane is a coach who has always been linked with Paris Saint Germain, but the problem is that until now I haven't heard anything about which team he will be next. There has not even been any confirmation from Zidane's side, whether he will return to coaching in the near future or if he still wants to enjoy his life without being a coach. There are many teams that also want Zidane, so Paris Saint Germain has many rivals.
I am surprised that there are still many people who link Zidane with PSG, however, he has said he will want to rest for an unspecified time, besides that if Zidane is willing to train PSG then Galtier will definitely be fast at PSG, in fact that doesn't happen at all , meaning that Zidane will not be a PSG coach. Galtier is the perfect coach for PSG, he just has to be able to control the egos of the star players at PSG.

Week 31 is over and now we are getting ready for week 32 next week.
There are 2 interesting matches to watch this week because there is indeed Lens which will host Monaco and Marseille which will travel to Lyon.
Lens' defeat to PSG previously made their position overtaken by Marseille and now it will also be a little difficult to predict, especially for Opponents Lens and Marseille currently also have pretty good conditions from the statistics of the previous matches.

With the kind of team PSG is, I expected Lens to get a point from that match. I don't agree Lens knew it was a game they knew and expected to lose. A team that was second on the league table playing the team at the top of the table and you felt they didn't have a chance?
Lens have been impressive this season, especially considering the fact that there are teams like Lyon, Marseille, Monaco, Lille in the league. Marseille just overtook Lens to get the second while Lens is on third but I don't think that is the end of it. Its just one point differentiating them and Lens will still fight for that position as they've done all season long.

To be honest, I don't underestimate Franck Haise's squad. but the facts, however, if you compare between these two teams. they have differences based on the quality of players who differ greatly. supposedly, if PSG don't experience a bit of polemic within their own internal team, they won't experience a drastic drop in performance this season.
at the beginning of the season, PSG went smoothly through game after game, even though it was always colored by the dispute between Neymar and Mbappe. in the second half of this season, PSG's game has decreased, especially after their players played their matches with their respective national teams in the world cup event. After that, several players were injured, including Neymar ahead of the crucial match against Bayern. plus, the most crucial thing is, the decline in performance of PSG midfielders, especially Vitinha. which in the end, PSG suffered defeat in several matches.

For Lens, this team is a mediocre team. in fact, better than Marseille and Monaco. it's just, of all the teams we've listed here. the only team that doesn't have a busy schedule is Lens, they only participate in two competitions, namely, Ligue 1 and Coupe de France. so naturally, if PSG, Marseille and Monaco experience ups and downs. because they have a busy schedule of matches, but as professional players they are required to play perfectly. and now it's proven, after PSG was able to return to form, Lens was easily beaten. In fact, Marseille has shifted the ranking previously occupied by Lens. Next week, Lens will have a match against Monaco. if Monaco is able to prove its toughness, then the position occupied by Lens will be taken over by Monaco. Well, just wait, we'll find out this week.

It was a convincing victory by Monaco against Lorient last week. This was an important one as well for Monaco because they are only two points behind Lens in the standings now. You know both of the second and third positions are important for the Champions League qualification. The third positioned team don't go to the group stage directly maybe but it is better than joining the Europa League groups instead.  Grin  Lens lost to PSG in the end so we don't know what they can do in the remaining ones.

I think Lens can still keep their focus on in the remaining matches. What a coincidence that Lens and Monaco are going to face each other next time.  Cheesy  Lens already demolished them 4-1 before and this time they are even playing a home match. Monaco are better compared to those times now though but still their job is really difficult. Even a draw would be useful for them.

It is still very indecisive what will eventually end up happening in this league. Of course, the team which is going to win is almost certain. But other than that nothing is certain. Honestly, I was expecting a better performance from Monaco this season. They still have a chance to finish in the second position in my opinion. But just because there is a chance, doesn’t mean they will be able to. The competition is really high right now. Marseille seems to be the one which will be able to finish in the second position in the end.

Marseille's victory was so important against Troyes with a score of 3-1 because they again took second place in the standings from Lens this week. Maybe Marseille needs to improve their consistency so Lens can't catch their points. On the other hand, Lens' previous defeat against PSG made them unable to maintain their position and had to be willing to be pushed back by Marseille. For Troyes they have to stay in the relegation zone after this defeat and it is very difficult to get out of the zone because they need at least 3 consecutive wins, but that is also an impossible result for Troyes.
A comfortable match that Marseille managed to take advantage of with a win that allowed them to shift their position from Lens to second place. But even though they managed to shift the Lens doesn't mean they can sit comfortably. They are only 1 point apart in the table and it will be a very easy gap to roll back. It will be interesting to watch the competition for second place in the current standings.
It's not safe for Marseille to occupy its current position because of the relatively small point difference. However, if Marseille continues to win consistently, it looks like they will occupy that position until the end of the season without any interference from Lens.

But the thing that is quite a consideration is Marseille's next opponent, they will be playing Lyon away and with the good performance from Lyon now I think Marseille will again find it difficult to win. How could it not be that in the last 5 matches Lyon got 3 wins and 2 draws, Lyon will be a formidable opponent for Marseille.

PSG are preparing to make their decision about Galtier already before the end of the season. This would be for their own sake as well honestly.

Because I also agree that he isn't the right coach for this team. There are much more experienced coaches with big teams out there. I would really love to see Zidane before anyone else honestly but I don't give that much chance to happen as well. Because Zidane must still have no intention to manage a club in Europe now. But if he can't take the France job then maybe he might change his mind. But I don't know if it will take PSG that much time to decide their next coach.

Yes, basically it's not PSG who don't want to recruit Zidane as a coach, but because Zidane still hasn't been able to accept offers from any club so far. So yes, it looks like it will still be difficult to sign Zidane, so PSG should be able to choose another coach who has been used to putting together a star squad.

Because of course it won't be easy to bring together a lot of stars in a squad, but Zidane has the capacity to do it. Because, when Zidane was still a player, in fact Zidane was used to playing with many stars, so Zidane did have a good basis as a coach in a team with a star squad like PSG.

Marseille team took advantage of psg loss today and they closed the gap between them and paris team to seven points thanks to their win against Reims and in the process they stoped Reims unbeaten streak that lasted 19 games very impressive performance from alexis sanchez who scored two goals and gave marseille team three precious points.

In that I cannot deny it, the Chilean was quite good in the way he scored those goals, and they were very nice goals, if they played like that all the time they Could make a difference, at the beginning of the season Marseille had a lot of faith in him, which I don't like this team is that when they are playing very well and they have to win they don't, they let themselves lose all the work they did before, and although they are 7 points behind PSG I hope they continue with that streak, for me it is one of the best things you can do if they were to match, plus it's very strange that PSG have lost, I think they have Lost focus a bit, the fact that they lost the UCL has affected them.

I think zidane is the perfect coach for a team like psg and if he join i don't think mbappe or any other player will leave the club, zidane is a great coach and everyone will surely wish to be under his supervision, psg administration must do everything to convince zidane joining the club
The problem is that Zidane's willingness to train PSG is not yet there, so that has not happened until now, even though the PSG administration can still persuade Zidane at this time to train PSG. And it would be extraordinary if PSG were able to bring a coach like Zidane into their team the following season. But I still have doubts about this because I remember the will of Zidane himself, who may not yet be there to train PSG.
What happens is that Zidane is looking to be the technical director of France, Zidane is a very demanding coach, before joining a team he puts on the table what he wants and how he wants to achieve it, if they don't give him what that he simply wants, he says uqe no, then to oppose Zidane at PSG the sheikh will have to make many changes in the team and bring in the players that zidane says and throw out the psg players that he says, this kind of thing It means having the PSG team destroyed in its entirety so that he can work very well, for the rest I think he will always say no.

PSG team is only able to perform best in League One. But the PSG team is not able to do anything in other leagues. PSG have enough players in their squad who can do great things. But due to some mistakes of the coach of the team, the team is currently failing to do well in other leagues.
The League 1 is theirs, and there's no denying it, you also have to take into Consideration that if a PSG player leaves, like Messi or Ney, that team will disintegrate and the results will not be positive, the only option I have It would take if I were the Sheikh not to let go of any of those very good players, and put a very good coach in the style of Zidane or Zidane himself so that he can make this a winning Team, that's my way of thinking And I say Zidane because when he made his Debut as technical director he did very well, he won leagues, UCL, the best results.

I think Lens already knew that this would be a game they would lose, that's not really a shocking result. However, to get back to that second place is definitely a hard thing to do, they didn't calculated that they would win against PSG, nobody really "expects" that, if it happens (which it does sometimes) then it is great but you do not put that in there, you just assume that you would lose.
So Lens must be thinking about some other games, both for them and for their competition as well, and think maybe they could get it somehow. I personally hope that it would be a close one, everyone should be fighting hard for every spot so that it would be good to watch, I do have a lot more fun that way because it really does provide a great entertainment.

Lens has already dropped position. They are currently in the third position. They have some really hard matches coming up. Those matches include playing against Monaco and Marseille. The problem is, the point difference between the teams are very low.

So it is very possible for any team to actually get ahead. I don’t know if Lens will be able to get back into the second position anymore. That is going to be hard work to do. Marseille is not going to give up the second position that they have achieved now.

Both Lens and Marseille are teams that had a lot of faith that they could make a difference, I don't know what happened to them, emotions took over and they lost because they had no control over whether they could position themselves first and then PSG, this is something I still don't understand, however I have always said that things happen for a reason and this time at PSG I am very lucky, and the other teams have missed a golden opportunity, personally I feel somewhat disappointed with Marseille Because it is the team that was closest to getting first place, perhaps Chileno Sanchez or the entire team lacked more heart.

They lost the chance against PSG to decrease the gap between themselves and PSG while they even had a good performance in the first half even after they lost one player because of the red card at the beginning of the game, Maybe Lens shad to play defensively and hope for a draw to get at least one points from this game instead of losing everything because right now they are in their place of the table instead of second.

From now on I won't be expecting any surprise in the league about the championship. PSG have captured a big advantage by winning against Lens in an important match and they should be able to take advantage of this situation. PSG would be the champions comfortably from now on maybe but this is stilll not enough for Galtier of course. His job is still in danger now because of not having a very impressive season.

They have been even unsuccessful so far. Because their Champions League adventure ended very quickly. Normally PSG should have been able to eliminate this Bayern Munich. You are witnessing right now how great Manchester City are doing against Bayern Munich in this round. Galtier doesn't have the right strategies for this team and he isn't a good fit for the job I'm afraid. He must be aware of this already. I guess he would get sacked as well.
Psg are in the forefront as a Ligue 1 title winning team they are still very strong in Ligue 1 and it is difficult for any other team to break their dominance. The 3-1 victory over Lens has given psg a breath of fresh air to become a Trophy winner this season. Lionel messi scored again he appeared quite impressive in this match. Ligue 1 only leaves 7 more matches, I think psg will be quicker to say that they are the legitimate team to win this season.  Maybe it was when the match entered the round of 36 psg had secured the Ligue 1 trophy.

For Lens and the teams below their ranking, they are only competing for a ticket to the Champions League because breaking PSG dominance is not an easy thing in the current situation.

I personally hope that it would be a close one, everyone should be fighting hard for every spot so that it would be good to watch, I do have a lot more fun that way because it really does provide a great entertainment.
