Overview:
Terms:1: I can deny your loan for any reason
2: You need to include valid collateral as written in section: "
Accepted Collateral".
2.1: Exceptions may applied if lender is trusted.
3: Rates are negotiable between lender and borrower.
3.1: Offering better collateral equals lower rates.
4: The max loan period is 21 days, after repayment you can apply for a new loan.
5: After due date, I own all rights to your collateral.
5.1: The collateral will be held escrow for at least 3 days after due-date.
6: Loans will be applied an extra 0.87% compounding interest per day after due date. Rate will increase by 0,10% after each week.
Details here 6.1: An extension can be provided by me for less then mentioned fee.
7: You can only have 1 valid loan at a time, spread across multiple services.
8: You will be given 1 out of 3 address to repay to. Failure to do so, applies a 5% fine to your loan.
9: Any chat-log between you and I isn't private, exceptions may apply.
10: I can change any terms without any further notice, changes may apply to ongoing loans.
11: If I only got rights to a part of the collateral, I need to be able to contact you within 24 hours. Failure to do so, might result in a loss of the collateral.
11.1: Incase an escrow is securing the collateral, he/she takes full responsibility and you agree to his terms.
When asking for a loan, you agree to the terms listed above. Exceptions can apply if discussed between lender and borrower.
Accepted Collateral.1: Stable Altcoins with solid volume.
2: Burstcoin assets, by me or the
team.
3: Domain names. (Under domain privacy)
4: Physical items, like computers, phones and gold. (Held by Escrow)
5: Full member accounts and up with no negative trust.
5.1: I require a signed message from an old address.
Collateral is held by either me or a trusted escrow paid by lender.
I do not accept online accounts. Do not even bother, as you are just wasting your time.

Active Hours:Monday to Tuesday: 07 to 21
Friday to Sunday: 08 to 22
I can still fund your loan outside of my active hours, but you should expect a delay.
Late Repayment:(Not the same as interest, only when you are late on the loan)
First week: 0.87%
Second week: 0.97%
Third week: 1.07%
4 weeks and later: 1.17%
Extensions are normally much cheeper, PM @Frilledshark to get an extension.
Loan can be partly repaid, and the repaid amount is removed from additional fees.
Extra Information:1: Amounts above "Hot Wallet" can take up to 1 day to process. It is faster in the weekend.
2: The loan amount will be withdrawn from Margin's fund and 60% of the fees will be sent to the asset holders.
3: If the loan is denominated in DKK, only valid collateral is altcoins or physical items.
3.1: I will be able to fund loan in DKK with SWIPP, Mobile Pay and National Bank Transfer.
3.2: Repayments can be sent with BTC, SWIPP, Mobile Pay and National Bank Transfer.
4: I will ask you to post in this thread at somepoint. Making sure no double loan is going to take place.

If you are requesting a loan with no collateral or using your account as collateral, remember to include a signed message. The
only exception, is if the loan can be funded to an address with an age older then 1 year.
