I'm going to start a trading journal. My goal is to reach 1 BTC starting from 0.1 (a bit less), trading altcoins with a short-term outlook.
I'm a professional trader and, even if cryptocurrency is a new world to me, I have decided to dedicate 6 months to test this market with a small amount.
If I succeed, I will include cryptocurrency in my investment portfolio and I will publish my strategy.

it's been a few weeks do not see the update in this thread, so curious, how many btc you have collected, whether it has reached 0.5 or 1 btc, ? or maybe you have a big loss, so no longer update your trading progress.
I really hope for what you have said and shared with us. I will follow what you say and hope that after 6 months I will become rich
Day trading is such the best way as well as the fastest possible way of having more money. The only thing which counts in day trading is your skillset and the ability to make wise decision at tough times. Day trading is not an easy thing to do. If you can get rich by doing day trading, then there are chances that you can also suffer loss as well. So, you need to make a better strategy for positive results. 
Anything can possible in crypto market but the thing here is you find the good altcoins which can give you good returns on short period of time. I see now there is lot of coins are increasing in the market and now it is not the right time to enter into the market.
That is great, how possible it could be? Maybe if you are just a risk taker that is really a possible especially when you are focus in trading and you have money to put up trading. There are lots of coins so we also need to be careful what coin we will invest at, so it is important to invest time as well.

Op hasn't been active since more than a week ago. He also said he will not update his stats frequently. He just will update his stats when he wants.and you will easy to loose money too. trading is not a game for newbie. Dont think invest to something and make money is easy like that.
From what i see on OP, he is not a newbie.

Thanks for sharing some useful and valuable information. I have spent a lot of time contemplating on starting to try my hand in trading. I am very nervous in the fact that I might make bad deals that would make me lose all the coins I have earned. Seeing posts like this, it helps my build not only my confidence but my stock knowledge that it is really possible to earn substantially with trading even if you're only starting with a small amount. Hopefully, it works out for me too.
While it is still possible in the trading world to turn 0.1 to 1 BTC in 6 months, but its really very hard and need someone to be very lucky in addition with the high needed knowledge. Trading still risky and you can losing instead earning.

In cryptocurrency market, you can not just trade 0.1btc to 1btc in six months, what drive cryptocurrency market is way more than trading skills, you have to know how to interpret politics, hype and market of cryptocurrency. If you understand these factors, you can even make five bitcoin in six months. But there is no guarantee whatsoever that it is possible you will make anything even when you understood aforemention factors. That it's just the way it is in crypto!
already about a two week`s no trading updates, do you suffer a loss,? I want to see your trading progress, hopefully the impact of bitcoin increase brings a big profit for you

Well that was very nice, it can inspired many users here in bitcoin, just like me, i was very inspired to do or to learn more about trading, eventhough i am not good enough here in trading i will study more on trading so i can became an expert and when i became an expert in trading i could totally now earn more btc.
it's possible but you have to be really good in trading, cause the risk is to loose everything instead of gain something.

Cryptocurrency market is very volatile and you can see from any chart that most of the bullish periods happen in a few hours or even a few minutes, so what I write here about coins that I bought, can be useless after 5 minutes because the scenario is changing and, honestly, I'm not going to update my trades every time here
As promised, I'm going to share my strategy before the end of 2017, then you can evaluate if it makes sense or not, you can decide if you want to give it a try and, if yes, you can manage your own trades without just copying.

I'd really like to understand how you are using the crypto in your favor, i've tried my hand at day trading with 0.0225569 and made it into 0.0282503, but i feel i was too lucky because i got correct chances of entry and exits.
However it doesn't mean it will work all the time.
