I've already tried btc.com/cex.io but they do not take bank deposits from Bangladesh. this is terrible. You can either use Currency Exchange section on bitcointalk forums or check localbitcoins https://localbitcoins.com/ It is a trusted website as far as I know , but never used it . I hope someone can confirm .
