What is the different between activity and posts? I have 130 of both.

You can find it here. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/activity-new-membergroup-limits-237597
The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every 30 minutes.

The new membergroup limits work like this:
GroupRequirement
Brand New0 posts
Newbie(none)
Jr. Memberactivity: 30
Memberactivity: 60
Full Memberactivity: 120
Sr. Memberactivity: 240
Hero Memberactivity: 480

I'm not 100% sure that the membergroups work correctly. Tell me if you see any bugs.

Nice ,thanks.

If I remember correctly, the score changes at 9:00 UTC, so it might take a while, depending on your timezone.
IIRC your activity will actually change a little less then every two weeks, it is something like every two weeks plus ~an hour or so, and as a result you would lose ~1 activity "upgrade" per year.

Every period are exactly 1210000 seconds long, and you can the when the coming periods start in the following thread.

If you want to know specific times for activity change it is table with that. It is not every second thursday or any specific day it is more complex.

For clarification check this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Y0g2veNmItsgERWWqEtSuRtSExxQ3NJW1NOFq9GQC0U/edit

This sheet includes every activity tick till year 2021.

It's actually at different times, but it seems to be round about 9-ish: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/til-activity-does-not-work-on-precisely-2-week-intervals-interval-timings-582736

Activity points are how many posts you've done in the two week periods. You can get a maximum of 14 activity points every fortnight. So if you make 14 or 15+ posts in the fortnight period you'll get 14 activity points. However, you only need to make sure you make one post in the period and you can collect the full activity points at a later date.

You need 60 activity to reach member status. I see that you have 70 activity and 74 posts, and so you are already a member.

Hi. I see that activity level changes every Tuesday (every 2 weeks). I reached the post count for me to be a member but the activity isn't change yet. How many minutes/hours does it take for the activity count to change? Thanks for reading. Cheesy
