I personally want Bitcoin to end up somewhere high in value, used by a large number of people throughout the world for the most part.

Best case would be having Bitcoin completely replace the monetary supply throughout the world and being used as the sole currency.

That way I would have a more than completely secure financial future.

yes. of course we want bitcoin's price to rise like more than 5 times from its price right now. but most of all i want people to learn about it so that adoption will be more easy that we can use our phones to buy items on local stores.

obviously everyone wants bitcoin to reach the moon (speaking of price!) so they can make a lot of profit.

i want that too. but on top of it i mostly want to see bitcoin being accepted in shops and by merchants at the very least online. so that i can only use bitcoin as my online payment method.

I guess when you're talking about selfish reasons, everyone here wants to have all the Bitcoins. Every person always want what would benefit themselves.

For me, I would like to see Bitcoin being used by everyone. Makes its easier to transact money also. This is where I become selfish. I want that to happen when I have already lots of Bitcoins so I'm somewhat ahead of the majority. Well, that's what I think.

I want the unbanked of the world to be able to access Bitcoin easily on their mobile phones and to make transactions as easily as M-Pesa is

doing in Africa. We need to concentrate on spreading Bitcoin to countries in the third world nations, because they need it more than people in

the first world. The first world nations are spoiled for with payment options. If mainstream adoption happen in countries like India and the

African countries, then we will see prices in the range of $10 000/BTC

it's a given that everyone here wants bitcoin to make them rich.

what i'm more interested in is what you yourselves want bitcoin to become. do you want it to be accessible to everyone in the world so it becomes a global currency, do you lean more towards gold 2.0, would you prefer it if it stayed under the radar and was the preserve of a knowing in crowd?

personally i'd like it to be available to everyone whoever and wherever they are without any type of barrier so they can transact without the usual restriction and problems. at the same time that would raise the possibility of being clamped down on by governments that much higher. you could argue a gold 2.0 would lessen that risk or make it much worse if real wealth moved into it. i dunno.
