I took a crack at it.
I think its quite nice, but consider adding the arrow-points to the left and right arrows. It looks a bit daft now that they are cut-off!

- Must be super high resolution .png format with various sizes and original work
- Must incorporate frozen effects. Could be a snowflake, snow, ice, ice cracks, etc.
