How would you calculate speed if we havent mine this algo before. Sure i can say its 150MH but when it launches its actually 5MH

You would simply get your rig online, check your speed and change your speed accordingly before posting the rental live for rent. We've actually been communicating/working with the DEV for quite a few days.
