I do not understand why it is closed? People will continue to invest in?

First batch will not close...just ann of second batch. Both will be open.

Today October 17, when the last day before the closing of the first batch of investment, time and date inclusive?

As well as in many businesses same is here, there are two type of the goal for the people.
Some of them are in the story just because of a profit, whit no other understanding of matter and possibilities, some are in because of an idea, knowing that profit will came up only if the idea thrive. This is the main problem of BTC and crypto at all. Too much people are just trying to make the money with a speculations and market manipulations, whit others who sharing their concerns about something they did not understand well, ruing and sabotaging growth of an idea by influence to other people which could enjoy on idea's realization. To much scam wherever you look, most of people are just trying to make some easy/fast money, less more there are really good ideas whit good plan of realization.

Please understand that cryptocoin exchanges are not apex of this technology, and this technology is not same as money as 99.98% of people perceives!!!

As the meter of Freshcoin, June 30, 2014, 08:41:51 AM is the date of the release of code, coin, than came idea for plan, than some of us recognize that idea and start supporting the community (which means on any way we can, investing, mining, coding, translation, development, marketing, voting, etc..), now we have so much job to do that we have gathered group of people to handle all tasks that are ahead...

So after little more than 100 days what is to expect?

For now I am very satisfied how this story is developing and how much attention this idea get. The first game is here (more to came), which as BaraxLo note have only 100 downloads (I am not sure I can understand all texts well), but what do expect? EA GAMES or STEAM over night? We need much more work to do and people connected, to get big players in the story. But as for those small games which will be using Freshcoin System we will also provide marketing by promoting Freshcoin.
WIN/WIN/WIN situation anyway, is it so hard to connect all dots and understand flow of idea?

We need serious investors, who understand possibilities of system, for long term support which will do they job in wide manner of promoting Freshcoin system, connecting people, do something for community not just trade on exchange and expect pump/dump situations. As I wrote, investing is not just investing of money, but investing your knowledge, skills or connections.

Savale remains as main dev with marcetin as centralization of work in programming department. So marcetin is collecting infos and spreading it to devs which are delegated from savale.

They will be spent soon dont worry! 210k is nothing compare of games spending into games. Next batch is opened because of competition on game market and use of ingame earnings with collecting and mining coins till playing games! We call it dedicated freshcoin games!

I understand that as long as there is no API for games, the first 10K coins, which is ready to take Dev games for sale for $ 1 will not sell players, and what to do with the first batch of coins 210K, and why did you open the next batch of investments when we do not know what to do with the first batch.

This is really exiting, so I am currently working on implementing the game API. The current implementation is going well (I think I am at 40% progress), but takes time to implement well. This is slightly delayed because of personal / work matters, but I will finish the API the next weeks!

After that we need more devs involved to spread the workload. Therefore we decided as a team Marcetin takes the lead from now to make sure new features won't delay. Since I hold most of the knowledge, I will make sure Marcetin and new devs can get going.

What must I endure? Fund investing 210k coins is 210 thousand dollars to whom we sell them? Games in which these coins are  implemented top, which means that about them, few people know as well as about kripto mire.kto will buy these coins in when downloading games 100 times and not the fact that they are still someone plays IMHO ...
