This means, there are written the vision and future plans. To make it even easier to understand, there's timeline in the whitepaper, which shows when specific features will be released. In our whitepaper, there's written this "supermega exchange" will be released in Q3 in 2018. Q stands for Quarter, and Q3 means July, August and September.
